She is patronizing and treats you as if she were a second grader. Unfortunately, she did not mention (although she now claims she did) that the store will only issue store credit for returns and not credit it back to your credit card. On the whole the items are very nice but pricey. They have UPS bill you separately for shipping. I will be keeping the phone case strap, since I would be unlikely to use the store credit. A perusal of their internet site shows me nice enough but overpriced items.

Terry, the store owner has traveled the world to find rare and unique home embellishments. Her keen eye for detail is reflected in every item in her store! The staff assisting with the print making process are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The workshop is chock full of all the supplies you need - just bring your creativity and willingness to dive into print making to the party. I highly recommend a weekend workshop to start - then move up to a Master Class (series of 5 weekend workshops). The Master Class gives you the time and space repetition to really go deep with your work. There is also a showroom with many beautiful monotype pieces displayed for sale. Michael Liener, the owner of the Aurobora Press and Gallery is wonderful to work with.

Another stellar review for this place - couldn't have had a better experience!…read more I found myself in a very similar long-distance printing situation to reviewer Kathryn M. - I had prepared materials for an event in Ketchum and sent them with the colleague who would be presenting, but at the last minute I realized that I had sent the wrong forms. The forms are full color, 3-to-a-page, double-sided - not just something that can be printed off at home printer. Patrick was so easy to work with. He was prompt, efficient, and super responsive by email. Best of all, it was clear he had actually read my initial request - there were no annoyingly redundant questions, no misunderstandings, everything was exactly right. He sent me updates on the progress of the job, so it was easy for me to coordinate with the person who was picking the forms up - and she raved to me about how great the job was and how wonderful Patrick had been. I haven't seen the product yet, but form what she said, it sounds like the last-minute replacements were even better quality than the originals.

When she saw my mask, she instantly began to harass me (unprovoked), saying that corona isn't real, no one gets sick from it, and I was stupid to wear a mask inside of her store.
