I understand things happen however I had been having her do my hair for almost three years and requested several times that she not switch products which she did that day and has admitted to in messages. She rescheduled me for a Saturday three days later but then cancelled on me last minute to fix it saying she had a family obligation. I was nice and said that was fine. I offered to pay for the correct products myself for her to keep in stock since I have gone very frequently over the years. Then she did not even contact me again for 4 more days to return to get it fixed and then her offer was late in the afternoon on a Wednesday asking me to come in the next morning (a Thursday at 9 am) when I clearly had to be working. She offered no other correction appointment only messaged to ask for a curling iron I had borrowed which I did return and I smiled and was nice to everyone there but she was with a customer so I could not talk to her. I then requested that she return my payment or fix it and she then finally said ok she would fix it if I paid the difference between the amount I paid and fixing my roots (which really would be the same i would think because to fix this she would have had to bleach again right?). I said okay that is fine what times do you have Monday.... The she made up some excuse about me being disrespectful of covid when I was the only person in the establishment wearing a mask, which made no sense. THEN she changed her mind and said no you're rude I refuse to refund you or fix it. Who wouldnt be upset walking out and left like this for WEEKS after paying someone over $3000 in 2 years ? Plus awesome tips every time except this one when I left with marigold orange roots. I have recommended this place to so many people but I was unaware that if things did not go well then Erin would just write off her customers, which is what it feels like. It truly seems that she just did not want to eat the cost of fixing my hair a third time.

This is the best place in Lexington to get a spray tan. I've gotten about five here, throughout the…read morelast few years, by several different ladies, and each one of them have been great. If you're not familiar with a spray tan, here is the skinny: You go into a secluded room, get undressed or wear a bathing suit. If you wear a bathing suit, do be sure to wear a dark one, or one that wthe spray won't stain. There is also a special kind of lotion to put on your hands and feet, or any other areas that you don't want the spray to adhere to. Then you wait for the lady walk in a spray you down. It's pretty quick and simple. To make the "tan" last longer, exfoliate your skin well the morning before your spray. Also, if the first spray doesn't look dark enough, tell them to spray another coat, I usually ask for an extra layer on my legs. I've had spray tans at a few other places and they have been orangish in color, not here. The tone has been perfectly tan each time.

When the stylist called me to confirm the appointment, she requested several times that I pay fully in cash, which just seemed a little weird and it was off-putting that she was so pushy about that. 2. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, was told it would start 5 minutes late, then it actually started 20 minutes late. 3. The stylist seemed very rushed and was kind of cold. The only time she talked to me other than giving me instructions was to badmouth another employee (which she spent several minutes doing). Although the haircut was good, I doubt I'll return due to how unprofessional the stylist was.

I'm very picky about my hair color and she was able to duplicate exactly what I wanted by pictures and looking at skin tone and eye color. My highlights and color is so on trend and make me feel like a million bucks! Additionally, the salon pampered me to the max. Not only did I get a head and neck massage before highlights were applied, but during the salon washing process I got an amazing head and shoulder rub and hand massage with essential oils. I was also sitting on a massage chair with my eyes covered and a warm pillow on my chest. It was so cozy and snuggly and extremely relaxing! The staff is also amazing and super sweet, along with Rosa. I'm so happy I found this place! If you are very finicky with hair color definitely go here! I kept seeing reviews posted about this place and finally, in July I decided to see what all of the hype was about, so I peeped around online. The scheduling process is super easy online, although I don't think all of the stylists are listed. So, if you're wanting a specific stylist and they're not listed as available online, call. The day of my appointment I received a call indicating that Jessica, the stylist that I had scheduled was ill. They offered for me to see Sarom who turned out to be less expensive than the one who I'd initially scheduled. Score! I must mention that even though the cut was cheaper, Ms. Sarom wasn't less than amazing. I'm jumping ahead. It's located in the Chevy Chase area, in the same strip as Starbucks. So, parking could be an issue, but I've always been able to score a spot in the lot in front when I patronize the businesses in that strip mall of sorts behind Louie's Wine Dive. When I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered warm tea, which just so happened to be fantastic and made the short wait worth the while. So, skip Starbucks before your appointment. As I sat and waited, I noticed Sarom taking her time with the client before me. It was nice to see that she wasn't rushing like other stylists in some of my other previous experiences. I didn't know that she was my scheduled stylist, so that was a welcomed surprise when she introduced herself after she finished up. This is one of the few Aveda featured salons in Lexington. Apparently, all of the locations start with a mini hand and neck massage before your cut. Speaking of my cut, it was perfect and exactly the way that I requested it to be cut. I'd go again. Maybe next time I'll have less anxiety about it.

They will keep tacking on extra charges and will never allow you to cancel. Even if you stop the payments, they will drum up a bunch of fake charges and send it to a fraudulent collections agency. Planet Fitness is a much, much better option, as is Wildcat Fitness.
