Elevate Med Spa is truly in a league of its own. As someone from Southern California--with a best…read morefriend who's a doctor and years of experience coordinating physicians who treated me like family--I've developed exceptionally high standards when it comes to care. Elevate doesn't just meet those standards; it surpasses them. At the heart of this incredible space is Stacey, the visionary behind it all. She's not only brilliant, kind, and deeply knowledgeable, but also a phenomenal leader. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence are reflected in every corner of the spa and every member of her team. Stacey has personally reviewed my bloodwork and guided me through a thoughtful vitamin regimen that's helped me feel my absolute best. Her holistic approach to wellness is empowering and deeply personal. Let's begin with Nikki, who is truly exceptional. She strikes the perfect balance between professionalism, expertise, and genuine warmth. Every appointment with her feels like a thoughtful, engaging conversation--not a clinical checklist. She walks you through each step with clarity and grace, making you feel informed, confident, and completely cared for. Her skillset, clearly shaped by experience in high-caliber metropolitan settings, shines through in the elevated, personalized care she provides. I had never considered upper lip filler before, but Nikki guided me through the process with such reassurance and precision that I felt completely at ease--and I'm absolutely over the moon with the results. Amy took me to another world with her spa scalp hair treatment--it was transformative. She also worked magic on my eyebrows, and I've never felt more confident in my look. Courtney has been giving me vampire facials, and after just two treatments, my skin feels completely refreshed. I can't wait to see the results after completing all six sessions--it's already been a game-changer. It's always a joy to see her and catch up during my facials too; she makes every visit feel like reconnecting with a friend. Emery is a powerhouse. She always takes care of me with grace and efficiency, and her marketing expertise is nothing short of impressive. She's someone who could easily run a Fortune 500 company--her talent and professionalism are unmatched. Stephanie has been my go-to in moments of need. Whether it was a swollen hand from my first ever bee sting or needing hydration while sick, she's always been there to put me back together with care and precision. Every single person at Elevate brings something exceptional to the table. It's rare to find a place where the entire team is this outstanding. Elevate isn't just a med spa--it's a sanctuary of wellness, beauty, and trust. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

It is insane how much Buff City has branched out as much as it has in such a short amount of time, so seeing this business thrive and to become as successful as it has is pretty neat. As far as the Jackson location, it is nicely organized, a decent size. I like that it is not overly cluttered and you have space to move around in it. I think some of the other locations I have been to are a bit more crowded. They have a section that offers local flavors, and other varieties sectioned off between neutral scents and more seasonal scents. Customer service was good. I think for our interaction, it fit the bill and we had a goodtime talking and them teaching me about their product. Also, I enjoyed getting my shea butter made. It was an interesting interactive experience.
