Just be careful going in that you don't end up in some sort of long term agreement. I wanted to get 3 separate monthly prepaid packages. The girl I met with was great, but after the month was up, they tried to get me to pay for another month and an annual fee (even thought I told them it was a 1 month thing I was after). After being told I had signed an agreement for this deal, I was called later by a very helpful girl that told me they couldn't find any signed contract. I have sworn off tanning beds unless I have a special occasion coming up. It has been overcast for weeks in Jackson and after feeling kinda gloomy, I thought getting some vitamin D the artificial way would not be a bad idea. I saw an ad for $7 one time tanning and came on in. The girl at the front still gave me the 5+ minute intro on memberships. I reminded her I just wanted to tan once. She said the only way to do that was to pro-rate the rest of this month and then pay the next month in full. I could cancel once that payment came out. Ummm what? I told her about the ad I saw. Oh, she said, that's just for one time tanning. hello? She rang me up and said my total was 15 dollars. What? I thought it was 7? She charged me 8 dollars for eye wear. I asked for disposable ones and she rolled her eyes and said those were 60 cents. Ok. Why not offer that to me first if I am only tanning once? Home girl obviously is trying to get that commission. The girl she was training said bye and thank you on my way out. Not coming back to somewhere where they'll try to be half-honest just to make a buck. read more

Sun tan city has always been a great place to tan for me! The staff is very helpful and always educates me on what would be best for my skin! They always do their best to make the experience great, even if you have to wait you can tell they try their best to get you in as soon as possible! Love this place!! read more

This location is by far the best in Jackson! The beds are always clean, wait time is great, and the employees are outstanding! They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make your visit the best! Love the personal feel the employees give you.
