Visiting Jackson for a few weeks for a client. Needed manicure, decided to go for tips because of…read morethe time factor. This salon is real easy to find, inside the Walmart which I saw from the road off of I40. Walked in and was seen within five minutes. A lady did my nails; it was OK but I have had different. Don't know how it compares with other local salons. Went back after a couple weeks to have them filled due to growth. A male prepped the nails and did a filling for each. I was running up against a tight schedule so went with the flow. Some of the acrylic filler he left untrimmed under the nail and SHOCK! on my cuticles. The tips of the nails were rough and some of the lacquer ended up on my fingers around the edge. My daughter did a better job when she was learning how to do it. I cleaned things up myself and the result was just about passable given the time I took before meeting client. If I wasn't up against the clock so much i would have looked elsewhere. If and when I visit Jackson again I will not go to this salon. It seemed OK on the first visit but they lost me on the second.
