The man is very rude and practically saws the skin off your fingers with an emery board. He is very rough and makes my fingers bleed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

This place is awful. My mother had her hair done by Lane. She waited the normal 3 days to wash her…read morehair and after the first washing ALL of the dye was gone. Lane told my mother that the dye would lighten up A LITTLE so we were expecting that. We thought maybe it was just that we weren't used to it so we have I told a few extra days. When we called Lane, she said that there was some "4 day policy" where after those 4 days, the client has to pay to have her hair fixed even if it was the stylist that messed it up. RIDICULOUS. We then asked to speak to the owner, Emily. Upon talking you Emily, she was very rude and ended up hanging up on my mother claiming she was trying to get her hair done for free. Yes, she was trying to get her hair done for free BECAUSE LANE MESSED IT UP THE FIRST TIME!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. IF YOU DO, DO NOT USE LANE OR EMILY. I had Lane put some ombré blonde on my dark hair and Shevardnadze did measly pinstripes on the bottom. She teased my hair to do it. I've never had a stylist tease my hair to put highlights in. She put such a knot in my hair that she couldn't get it out. She made me comb my wet hairbrush out myself so she could play on her phone. The knot was so bad that I had to go to another salon to get it out. It took my other girl almost 20 minutes to get it out. Again, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!!!!

There is not too much to offer when it comes to laser tattoo removal in Jackson TN. When I found…read moreLori last year at the Laser Aesthetics at Family Care Walk In Clinic I was super excited and determined to get my "I was 18 and needed a cool arm band tattoo" removed. She was new at tattoo removal and I was willing to give it a shot. I was told by her that I would need to come for about 5 treatments at $79 a session. Sounded like a great deal to me. After the first few times I saw a lot of fading and after my fifth session my tattoo was not gone. Since I had already invested about $400 in this process I decided to stick with it and attended 4 more sessions. On the last one she dropped the price for me $10 after a conversation I had with her about not being satisfied with the outcome. So overall I invested about $750 in "FADING" not "REMOVAL" of my tattoo. When I told her I was not happy and would be trying another place in Memphis, I was told that she had clients that had experienced total fading. Not sure how I could be the only one who hadn't. And the fact that she did not try to smooth things over with me... Maybe offer another service to lessen the blow to my wallet and make the whole experience a bit less sad. So here is my review. Don't go here for tattoo removal, it will only fade and give you false hope that her laser will remove it completely. Aesthetic lasers and tattoo lasers will both fade, but only a tattoo removal laser will completely remove your tattoo is what I have recently learned.
