He maintains a very balanced energy and works with his subjects to ensure we have the best photos. He provides edited photos in a reasonable amount of time, and is deadline sensitive. I am NOT a model and hate the camera, however I have always been extremely happy with all of the projects that we have worked on. For example for my 40th birthday, I had a social media campaign as part of my rebranding strategy, that requires me to post 40 posts on the 40 days leading up to my birthday. I had no idea how I was going to pull it off, but 35 of the 40 days of content was shot by Ivan. I am someone with inconsistent activity on social media, so this was a real challenge for me. Ivan was able to step in to provide creative direction and content support, as well as capturing amazing images. As I head into my next major project, knowing I would need to build a creative team, Ivan was the first person I called. White lady was polite but the other 3 were so rude to her. I didn't like the way they treated her. I do not recommend coming to there locations because besides the 1 white lady working, the other ones were just cruel. White lady was so nice to give them offers and another worker told her no. We decided to do newborn photos with Lety specifically because we loved her portfolio and…read moreunfortunately, our photos came out nothing like the quality that's displayed on her Instagram. The prop selection and setup, backdrops, lighting, and the visibility of our baby all felt subpar in comparison to what she posts. There's not one photo where baby's entire face is showing - he's partially covered either by the props, his clothing, his own or our hands in each photo. There was very little guidance from Lety during the shoot to ensure that we were posing appropriately for the family photos, so the baby's positioning is awkward and there was very little to choose from. After telling her what I envision creatively prior to the shoot, I felt she did the bare minimum to meet 1-2 ideas out of several. She also made a disclaimer when booking that she chooses all the costumes and props in advance. We also were not made aware ahead of time that certain types of photos were not possible such as "digital" shots that are displayed on her instagram. This was a huge bummer. When I gave her feedback post-shoot, she blamed it on my baby, and also my dog even though she didn't communicate any issues with him during the photo shoot. I wanted to share my experience because my baby is 4 months old and I'm still devastated that we can never get those moments back to recapture our baby's newborn essence - it's such a short moment in time. I don't want another parent to feel what I've felt.

The pictures turned out amazing!!! unfortunately we lost that baby a couple of days/weeks after the photoshoot but at least we were left with amazing photos of him that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Jeff took our first family photo and it came out fantastic! My husband wanted to capture a picture of her with her one tooth and Jeff did that for him easily. We were also indecisive on which solo picture of our baby to make 8x10 and which ones to keep 5x7s with wallet sizes. They were all so nice! Now, I really dislike it when I ask an employee, I'm doing business with, for an honest opinion and they tell me, "that's up to you." I asked Jeff for his honest opinion and he gave it and also put some creative ideas in my head on how to frame the pictures! We were so pleased with his work we are planning on coming back.
