Advised by attendant at my last session on my subscription that the very loud radio station broadcast could not be turned down. Booth was deafeningly noisy and cold. Advised attendant that conditions were not her fault and requested manager's number to ask for session refund. Received unsolicited, unpleasant call from the owner who, after refusing to acknowledge his responsibility for poor conditons, advised me that he would refund the balance of my membership and that I was not welcome to return. No refund as yet. read more
