Be very careful with Sunpower leads/Synergyleads, I paid them 2,500 and never received any leads.

Exceptional service, flawless install, and a truly top-tier solar system…read more Radiant Energy Solar absolutely exceeded my expectations. The owner/rep and the entire team delivered outstanding customer service and a flawless installation from start to finish. They responded to every call and question promptly, which made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose them and the EG4 system--I couldn't be happier with that decision. While I'm clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it's because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 that actually recommended Radiant Energy Solar as a top tier and trusted installer, in the state of Florida, which made me feel a lot more comfortable considering the amount of money that exchange hands. The system they installed is a true five-star setup--it looks as good as it functions. The workmanship is extremely clean, everything is perfectly aligned, and when the job was finished, the area was completely cleaned up. You honestly wouldn't know a major install had just taken place. The EG4 system itself is state-of-the-art, delivering incredible power and flexibility at roughly one-third the cost of many competing systems. The amount of energy I'm generating is simply awesome--and if I ever decide to go fully off-grid, it's essentially just the flick of a switch. I would absolutely recommend Radiant Energy Solar to friends and family--and in fact, two of my friends have already installed the same system, and all of us are over the moon with the results. Big applause to the Radiant Energy Solar team and to EG4 for putting together what is very likely one of the best solar solutions on the market today. Highly recommended.

From the initial consultation, Sam and the team at Radiant Energy were transparent and informative. They took the time to explain the system options, answer all my questions, and provide a detailed cost breakdown. The pricing was competitive and fair, with no hidden fees or surprises along the way. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. Sam kept me updated at every stage--from permitting to installation to final inspection. I always knew what to expect next and never felt left in the dark. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. They completed the work on schedule and left everything clean and tidy. Now that my system is up and running, I'm already seeing the cost savings on my electricity bills. It's incredibly satisfying to watch my energy meter and know I'm generating my own clean power while reducing my monthly expenses. I highly recommend Radiant Energy and Solar to anyone considering going solar. The combination of fair pricing, excellent communication, and real results makes them a top choice.

We made the epic mistake of purchasing a system from Superior Solar a few years ago, which now…read moreseems to be Solar Source. We've had non-stop issues with squirrels chewing lines, which is not covered and when we called to inquire we were told "Oh yeah, that happens all the time." Had we been told that up front we likely would have taken a different route. The PVC pipe also burst, and again, was not covered under warranty. Of course the service calls to come out and look at these items were also not covered under warranty, meaning we've had to add insult to injury by paying to be told items are not covered under warranty (which honestly doesn't seem to cover a single item). We just found out that the install also went through the roof with no sealing around it, causing us nearly $3,000 in roof damage/repair. At this point we are considering just ripping out the entire system as it has cost us nearly as much in repairs as we paid for the original system.

Let me start by saying that when this company was Superior Solar, they were fantastic --…read moreprofessional, responsive, and fairly priced. Since being taken over and rebranded as Solar Source, the quality and customer service have absolutely fallen off a cliff. I'm a licensed plumbing contractor, so I know what reasonable service pricing looks like. A technician from Solar Source came out two weeks ago and quoted me over $1,000 for a repair. After pushing back and negotiating with Ryan (the manager), they reduced it to $755 -- still high, but at least within the realm of reasonable. I scheduled the repair for the following week. Ryan called to cancel last minute, saying his truck broke down. I understand -- things happen. But I explained I had a gutter company scheduled the following day and would need to cancel them because of this. Ryan showed zero concern. Not even a simple, "Sorry for the inconvenience." I rescheduled the repair for that Friday, with an 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM window. That time came and went -- no call, no show. Around 2:00 PM, I reached out. After waiting another 30-40 minutes, I finally got a text message (not even a call) from Ryan saying, "Oh sorry, your guy should be there around 4-ish." By that point, I had already wasted two full days, and I told Ryan I would not be waiting around anymore. When he asked if I wanted to reschedule again, I told him flat-out: Absolutely not. I'll find another company. And I did. That same afternoon, I looked up AllSolar Energy in Sanford, Florida. Within minutes, they answered the phone, were polite, and got me scheduled for Monday -- the next business day. The technician showed up on time, called ahead just like he said he would, and finished the repair within an hour -- no second visits, no excuses, no overcharging. And guess what? He did it for $100 LESS than Solar Source's discounted quote. Bottom line: Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Solar Source. They are overpriced, unreliable, and completely indifferent to your time or schedule. The new ownership has clearly destroyed whatever reputation Superior Solar had built. If you want professional service and respect for your time, look elsewhere

Purchased a solar water heater system from them and they totally misrepresented the warranty. When…read moreI had a leak in my collector a couple of months after installation, they said that a service call was $700. When I called the manufacturer of the solar panel, they said that their warranty was simply a $100 replacement cost to the installer and no further responsibility. As you would guess, I was left on my own to implement any repairs on the system.

If I could give this business ZERO stars, I would. If you are considering doing business with this…read morecompany, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS REVIEW. We found them at the Florida Design and Remodeling show. They called us to set up an appointment to do a free "energy survey". They sent out a representative (salesman) who made a point of calling his "boss" when he arrived, and again when he was about to be thrown out of my home. He insisted that he wasn't a salesman, he said he was only working in the advertising/promotions department. He opened with a presentation slide that stated that this company is A rated by the Better Business Bureau (IT IS NOT). His business card had a sticker over the name and phone number of someone else - either he is new, or the company is so cheap it doesn't print new business cards for their reps. That was the first red flag for me. He stated that they had a special being offered now and that they were "selecting" four homes in every zip code. Those households had to agree to submit pictures of their energy bill and of the installations of the solar and energy saving systems. Those pictures would be used in their promotional material. The use of those pictures would get us a 50% reduction on their fees and services. He then proceeded to take up 2 hours of our time and insisted he could install his solar system on our house, blow insulation into our attic, line the attic with some NASA foil stuff, and install a solar attic fan to reduce our monthly energy bill by approximately $100, all at no cost to our monthly budget. How on earth do you think he could do that? Well, he said it was because their company would self-finance us for 1 year, with monthly payments of $35, then in a year the "loan" would be re-financed and our payments would be $54. But since he also PROMISED that their system would reduce our FPL bill by $100 a month, we wouldn't be paying anything out of pocket - a weird sort of logic. What raised the 2nd red flag with me was that when I said, "Of course you'll give me and my husband a couple of days to do our research and due diligence, right?" His response was NO. The offer was only good NOW. Sign right now, and you get this super-duper deal. I told him that is NOT how I do business. I always check the background of any contractor or worker who I'm considering allowing to do anything to my home. He said they might find someone else in our zip code and the offer would no longer be available to us. I told him that I felt it was time he LEFT. Before he would leave, he insisted on calling his "boss" again and giving him a synopsis of what he had covered in his presentation. I thought that was creepy - his "boss" obviously trained him on what he had to present, I would assume. I felt that phone call was a round-about way to reiterate what he had said here. It was very strange. So, after he left, I went on the Internet and did a Google search. There are numerous complaints against this company both in Florida and in Texas. This is a SCAM. Buyer beware! The person who did the presentation was Mike Matamoros. Company address on the business card was 3406 SW 26th Terr. suite C-11, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312. and the business phone number is 877-503-4328. The sticker for Mike had this phone number: 954-696-7002. The State of Florida's website, SunBiz.org shows a corporate address for State Energy Conservation, LLC in Sanford, Florida.
