We pulled in before we started our field work day and will probably be back to refill this gas guzzler. I had a hard time picking how many stars to put for this review because my first experience with…read moreone employee was bad (horrible customer service and worthy of 1 star), but then I was helped by another employee who was very nice and helpful (5 stars). Here's what happened: I knew this location was open 24 hours, but I called around 6:30 p.m. to see if their photo center was also open 24 hours and to see if I could get my photos printed if I came in late that night. The lady I spoke to said yes. I went in at 10:40 p.m. and put in my order for my pictures on the self-serve computer. Then I went to the front to tell the employee I had done it and asked if I could get them printed please (the receipt said they would be ready at 1 a.m. but they always do it right away if you ask). She said I would have to wait till 1 a.m. because their photo computers updated from 11 to 1 and she wouldn't be able to print anything during that time. I said, "okay, but it's 10:50." And it would not take more than 5 minutes to print 20 4x6 photos. She insisted that it still wouldn't be possible because she was helping other customers check out and couldn't go over to the photo center right then (she was the only one on the clock). I found it strange that she was willing to help all the customers in line behind me rather than spend 10 seconds to walk to the photo computer and press one button for me (who was in front of all the other waiting customers). But maybe she felt that the customers checking out come before someone who needs other assistance. So I waited. I let everyone go in front of me while I waited, and hoped that she would finish all these customers before 11 p.m. and then I could convince her to help me. As I waited, I noticed one customer who got in line wearing a Walgreens shirt (an employee, barely off the clock, buying something on her way out). She asked, "are you in line?" And I told her I was waiting for help at the photo center. She said she could help me. She walked the 30 feet to the photo center and pressed 1 button and my pictures were printing. It took 5 seconds, maybe 10 tops. I was so grateful! I was there on Saturday night trying to print photos for Mother's Day the next day and she totally saved me! As I checked out, the original lady who wouldn't help me said "sorry about that. I couldn't legally ask for her help since she wasn't on the clock." But honestly, that doesn't matter. She didn't need help! It would have taken her 10 seconds to help me and save me 2 hours of waiting! But she wasn't willing.

No greeting, could barely hear him on the microphone and asked him repeat his question. To which he yelled back "WHAT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY?!!!!!!" In a completely rude and degrading tone. He basically threw the prescription in the drawer and sent it out, without saying another word. No "thank you" or any hint of service. In the window of the Drive Thru there is a sign asking customers to be patient as there is only 1 drive up technician. They should take their own advice and make sure THEIR pharmacy employees exercise some level of service and gratitude for their customers.

My dad and I drove down to 7 eleven real quick to do a propane exchange. We walk in and ask the employee at the counter for a propane exchange. All she says to us is "I don't have the key". She said it rudely. There was another employee in the back and she made no effort to ask the other employee and she made no effort to find it. We could tell she just didn't want to do it. I hate unhelpful people. She was so dang rude and helpless and she seemed so stupid. It took us 40 minutes to exchange our propane somewhere else while our steaks sat on our grill at home. If that stupid employee would of just made an effort and ask the other employee it would of taken us 5 minutes since it's close to our house. She was just awful. Not helpful or nice whatsoever.
