There were small signs on the walk which were all numbered which speaks about the various parts of the trestle and history behind it all. It wasn't a great sight to see, but it sure was interesting. (The person at the visitor center didn't mention this at all perhaps because they want you to pay for the guided tour) There are markers that you click on each stop along the trestle that explain the steel business, the making of steel, audio clips from the steel workers and the buildings that you see around you. It was a bit sad to see nature starting to take over the steel plant, trees and vines growing where such a thriving business once took place. Steel for such remarkable structures as the Statue of Liberty and the Golden Gate Bridge was made here! But it's wonderful that this trestle was built (and it's handicapped accessible too!) so that you can really get up close to the incredible stacks and this behemoth man made wonder. Take about 2 hours of your day to explore this and learn a bit about the industry that made Bethlehem great in the early 20th century.

They had a collection of items from silk, including parachutes, wedding gowns, maps, etc. This is the smallest museum that I have been but I like the cozy and intimate vibe because it is not overwhelming like giant museums.

It was a bit of a maze to find the parking lot (thankfully, FREE), but after that I had a quiet afternoon enjoying the SteelStacks. One of the suggestions I got was to enjoy the walkway --- which is an elevated path along the side of the ol' steel factory. It's odd to walk by a factory that in its glory days had 100's of workers, to now being visited by tourist in a solace stroll. In any case, it's always great to see the birthing place of the steel that has given us so many iconic US landmarks, i.e., like the Chrysler Building and the Golden Gate Bridge. See - bet you didn't know that! If you're ever around this area, take in this one-of-a-kind location, it needs to experienced to be believed.

She may get off the topic some with life but, you can bring her back to your concerns. She's talkative and personable. During my visit mid-conversation, she asked me, "who is talking behind your back? Women. 2 of them. Something's going on. Dont worry about them though. They dont mean you good but, they can't harm or stop you." The very next day, I went to work, and for sure my manager called me into the office with another manager to have a talk. They were trying to find something to trouble me. From a pic I showed her of my grandmothers who are deceased, she described their characters precisely. She connected well. I look forward to see what else unfolds in the future. She described very distinctive characteristics/personality traits of my two sons. She was correct w each one. That was interesting because she hadn't met them before. She was recommended by a neighbor who swore by her in regards to detailed info coming true. She gave me paper to take notes and she wrote down what she w she seeing and gave it to me to take home. My advice definitely take your own notes lots of them. Her notes are more keywords that might spark a memory of your session.
