Had room 539 and it was awesome! Great views. Friendly staff. Plenty of things available in the little shop for snacks and drinks. Only about a 15-20 minute walk to the security station at Disney. Super easy walk! Can't beat the price I got.

Located right off Harbor, on Clementine, is Sun Coast Park Hotel by Hilton. The hotel has above and below parking. Our room had a living room and 2 queens. We stayed 2 nights for a quick Disney Trip. It was clean and customer service was good. It has a pool, bar, restaurant, and little store. Very close to Disneyland and Toy Story lot. The bed sucked, seemed old. The only other negative was the smoking area. I like cigars and the smoking area was across the parking lot from the hotel, up against the was, with a line of cars feet away. There stood one bench, nailed in and an ash tower. It did the trick, but was also the worst I've seen, due to size and cars up on you. Other than that we had a great stay.

I've stayed here a few times. During the NAMM convention, when attending concerts at House of Blues, or Filipino Weekend at Disneyland. As an Honors member I like to stay at Hilton brand hotels, especially to earn points. Suncoast has been great every time. Rooms are always clean, I check with my blacklight. Due to my asthma I needed a feather free room, and they're always accommodating. It is considered a Good Neighbor hotel as part of the Disney packages. Front desk has always been courteous with me, asking how my day was etc...if ib stay in Anaheim I'll always stay here because I know the service I'll get. Only time I won't is during the NAMM convention because I need to stay where internet classes will be held.

my boys loved that they played Disney movies in the lobby. room was #103 and towards end of hall so we didnt have to deal with any noise which was nice. microwave and small fridge included which help. i only wish the fridge was a lil bit colder for our drinks. hot tub was big enough and they even have games around pool area. i just wish they provided coffee in the lobby.

The staff tried really hard to help me out. Special thanks to Mish and Cameron for being awesome. Notes * Uber to Disney for $5-8 * Walk is around 15mins * Diamond members - Did not get an upgrade, but you do get the $15/person credit. * 1 Blink EV charging + 1 EV Charging for handicap Pros * Daytime staff member were kind warriors! Each and every one of them. Even the cleaning lady was kind. * Great email support. Mish really took the time to answer all my questions. 5-star. * Great support - I messaged that I was missing handsoap and they brought it up immediately * The hotel does look nicely remodeled. * Bed is comfortable Cons * Ask for the 5th floor - The noise - I get it, it's a family hotel but the running back and forth all throughout the day and night got us no sleep at this hotel. It really sounded like a warzone. Multiple people must've been running and jumping upstairs. It never ended. * Noise Part 2 - Many reviews mention the freeway. I was in a room facing away from the freeway and earplugs were enough to filter it out. However the jumping upstairs and constant door slamming shook the bedroom making the earplugs useless. * Rude staff after hours * Bring an eyemask - Sun blocking curtains do not work. * "on the go" food order took 40 mins from the time of ordering despite being told it'll take 20 mins. * No lock or fan in the bathroom.

Chemical Leak

5/24/26 there was legitimate chemical safety threat serious enough for the governor to declare a state of emergency. Instead of helping, Sun Coast gave us the runaround and ultimately refused the refund. This was not an unreasonable request. They are clearly more concerned with keeping our money than taking care of guests.

A fabulous experience from start to finish! My mom and I stayed here on for two nights right before new years -- we lucked into a last minute reservation and spent the 30th at Disneyland. We loved our room, the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for two people. The service at the front desk was also impeccable. We could also see the fireworks from our room! We watched them both nights and that was a special treat for sure. This is a great hotel a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the parks, but still close enough that you can walk or take a short 5 minute uber. I'd definitely stay again!

Here are the pros of our previous one night stay at Suncoast: 1. excellent pool and whirlpool hottub 2. beautifully smelling lobby/elevators 3. friendly staff 4. EV charging in structure and outside 5. 6 minute drive to Disneyland/California Adventure 6. small cafe/bar on premises 7. modern room & bathroom The cons: 1. Hard extra-firm mattress 2. no reception in downstairs parking structure in case you need help with EV charging station As you can see we had so many positives! We really loved the hotel - especially watching fireworks from the beautiful pool area. But, we couldn't consider staying again unless the mattresses were updated. Both my partner and I had such uncomfortable night of sleep due to the quality of the mattress. Please let us know if you have rooms with softer mattress options! If you do, we'll be back for sure.

This is our first time staying here, one of the Hilton properties...(my hubby booked it...didn't know it was part of Hilton)...we chose to stay here because we wanted to stay late at Disneyland for the fireworks and it's tooooooo tiring driving home, and omg...prices at Disneyland hotels, forget it. Anyways, it was approximately a 10 minute walk to the parks, it looked far...but not really. Hotel rooms were big and it had a "Living Room" type when you walk in. It's not as fancy as other Hilton's we stayed at...such as, there were no bathrobes or showers caps etc. I haven't try asking...not sure if they will provide if asked. Any ways, it is outdoor parking and the people that work there were VERY NICE!! So the Service is like a 5 Star place. In the room, there is a small refrigerator and microwave. As a Hilton Diamond Member they do give you 2 free bottle water and a little snack.

Frenchly Honest H.

A Frenchly Honest review, as told by MaisOui Le Frenchy The Suncoast Hotel Anaheim is, how shall I say, a hotel that has almost figured out what it wants to be. The location is impeccable -- close enough to Disneyland to feel the magic, yet far enough to be spared the indignity of listening to strangers' children weep into their churros. The bed was comfortable, the room generously sized, and the staff -- refreshingly -- smiled as though they meant it. These are not small things. For a three-star hotel at this price and with this proximity to the park, the Suncoast delivers more than it has any obligation to. And yet. The bench in the entrance -- one's first proper introduction to the room -- bore stains of a provenance I chose not to investigate. The nightstand, meanwhile, had been kind enough to preserve, in both chipped paint and residue, the precise outline of a glass that had clearly outstayed its welcome -- much like the neglect that allowed it to remain. One concedes that a three-star establishment operates within certain limitations -- and these observations do not entirely surprise within that context. But here lies the missed opportunity: with only a little more attention to detail at turnover, the Suncoast would not merely be a passable three-star hotel. It would be an exceptional one. I did not complain. MaisOui does not complain. MaisOui observes, documents, and quietly plans his return -- which, it so happens, will be very soon. A full Frenchly Honest review will follow on YouTube. The Suncoast has been warned. Four stars. The promise is real. The follow-through merely requires a mop.

$10.50 (not including tax and tip) for 3-4 oz of cheap Pinot Grigio.
Rachel S.

Breakfast was terrible. We were standing around for a while just waiting for someone to acknowledge us or take our order. Other guests were confused and waiting around as well. Finally an employee came out and took people's orders. My breakfast plate was inedible as served. The tater tots were still cold/ partially frozen. Eggs were also cold from sitting on the cold tots. I had to take my plate up to my room to use the microwave to heat it to an edible temperature. The bar is a rip off. I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio for $10.50. The pour filled barely half of a small wine glass. $10.50 for barely 3.5-4oz of cheap wine is not it. Hilton is usually pretty great but this property needs help on its restaurant/bar service. It feels like an afterthought that is poorly managed and understaffed. Be prepared to get food and drink elsewhere because service and quality here leaves much to be desired. At least the rooms were decent.

Are the Breakfast free?

No you need a voucher which is extra.

Do the rooms have a safe and fridge?

Yes they do!

Is this hotel walking distance to Disneyland? If so, how long is the walk?

Its kind of a far walk.. (about 20 minute walk). but a short bus ride. You can take the ART. It drops you off at the front door of Disneyland. Download the "A-WAY WE GO" app to purchase a ticket. That's the Anaheim bus system. Super clean and…

I registered a room and im 18 can i still check in?

yes

Can you be 18 to rent a room?

Per the Hotel website Minimum age to register…

Do they have slippers for the guest in rooms?

nope

When country inn they offered free parking and free breakfast buffet. Is this still available??? If not its insane! 😳 for $265 dlls you can something accross the street from the park. Or even pay a little more and get free parking and breakfast.

They wanted us to pay $8.99 for the standard continental style breakfast that they serve at Hamilton Inn everyday for free so we passed. They did have a $17 daily parking fee…

Can you leave your car parked while you go to disney?

yes

How long is the walk to the park?

It might be 15 minutes. We took uber there and it was like 5 minutes.

That didn't matter because the stay and customer service was very nice. The staff was very courteous and kind and we REALLY appreciated the gym here. The gym here is awesome. There's HIIT equipment, a P-90X type resistance unit/apparatus, rower machines, etc. There's all types of unique gym equipment that you can utilize here. There is also water (filtered, tap, and sparkling) available. You really have to check it out. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool and that was one of the main reasons why I wanted to come here but that's OK. It rained while we were here so I didn't wanna get caught up in that yucky weather in the pool. I thought it was impressive that they have movie night at the pool area on the weekends. There were many families visiting Disneyland and so it was great because I saw a lot of them at the pool area enjoying the movie night. I liked how they did the movies in sequence so it was like Friday Toy Story, Saturday Toy Story 2, Sunday Toy Story 3, etc. The issue that we had was the wait for the hotel buffet, included in our stay. The wait was 45min-1hr. We waited and it was ok. Our problem was that we had free breakfast in the Club Lounge that we did not try and there was no wait up there. This was a bummer, but we know for next time. Our room had a pool view but the Club lounge was at the other end of the resort. We know next time to ask for a room near the Club Lounge. The hostess at the Club Lounge, I believe her name was Carlissa, was AMAZING! Her customer service is stellar! She greeted us and checked us in and verified all of the other guests as well within a matter of seconds. You can tell that she is a professional at her job with excellent hospitality and great customer service. Carlissa made sure that everything was cleaned up and well maintained when the regular staff person wasn't available. The regular staff person was very busy busing tables and cleaning up items, plus serving beer and wine. It was good to see that Carlissa and the staff person worked off of each other and really kept the place clean, tidy, and well-stocked for all of the visiting guests. If you book at this location, make sure that you pay a little extra for the Club Level benefits. They offer a 6:30-9:30a breakfast buffet, 4-6p evening hors d'oeuvres & drinks, and champagne at 9 o'clock at night on the Club Lounge where the fireworks happen for Disneyland. Also, throughout the day you can stop in the Club Lounge to have snacks or water, sodas, coffees, teas, and cappuccinos. This resort is awesome and I am happy that we chose to stay here. Thanks!

The hotel is relatively modern and has been maintained extremely well. Rooms have consistently been very clean, and there are a surprising number of configurations designed for larger families. Depending on the room, you'll find bunk beds, separate sleeping areas, and layouts that give mom and dad at least some separation from the kids at the end of the day. That's harder to find around Disneyland than it should be, particularly within the Hilton portfolio. The lobby is large, bright, and airy, with plenty of seating, a good snack/market area, and Disney+ seemingly always playing for the kids. The complimentary breakfast is the typical Homewood Suites buffet, but the breakfast area itself is enormous. It gets very busy in the morning--as you'd expect at a Disneyland hotel--but we've generally been able to find somewhere to sit even during the rush. The pool is OK. Nothing particularly special, but perfectly adequate for letting the kids burn off whatever energy Disneyland somehow failed to extract from them. Service has consistently been friendly and helpful. The property is also surprisingly easy to get in and out of for a hotel this busy. Two elevators keep things moving reasonably well, and multiple exits provide quick access to different parts of the parking lot. Parking is gated and does carry an additional fee, which is worth factoring into the room rate. Disneyland is walkable from the hotel, although I'd put an asterisk next to "walkable." With school-age kids it's very manageable; with toddlers or younger children, the distance becomes considerably less appealing--particularly at the end of a long park day. The location also works well for travelers who aren't visiting Disneyland, as the Anaheim Convention Center is very close. For families, especially loyal Hilton members, this is an outstanding option. There are hotels closer to the parks and certainly hotels with better pools or more upscale amenities, but very few combine the room configurations, cleanliness, breakfast setup, location, and family-friendly common areas as well as this one. While we are moving out of the stage of life where this may be the case, for our previous trips with kids ranging from 2-8, it's served our family, extremely well. -AC
