She is so patient and very nice person ,I was going to an event and I didn't like how my hair looked, I was looking for some hair stuff and she helped me to find what I am looking for, She also recommended me to buy some souvenirs or gifts for my family and friends, the Gift Shop offering a lower prices compared to Disneyland Park and Yes! That didn't matter because the stay and customer service was very nice. The staff was very courteous and kind and we REALLY appreciated the gym here. The gym here is awesome. They have almost every piece of equipment that you are looking for and they have every type of workout method that you're interested in trying. They don't just have treadmills and weights. There's HIIT equipment, a P-90X type resistance unit/apparatus, rower machines, etc. There's all types of unique gym equipment that you can utilize here. There is also water (filtered, tap, and sparkling) available. You really have to check it out. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool and that was one of the main reasons why I wanted to come here but that's OK. It rained while we were here so I didn't wanna get caught up in that yucky weather in the pool. I thought it was impressive that they have movie night at the pool area on the weekends. There were many families visiting Disneyland and so it was great because I saw a lot of them at the pool area enjoying the movie night. I liked how they did the movies in sequence so it was like Friday Toy Story, Saturday Toy Story 2, Sunday Toy Story 3, etc. The issue that we had was the wait for the hotel buffet, included in our stay. The wait was 45min-1hr. We waited and it was ok. Our problem was that we had free breakfast in the Club Lounge that we did not try and there was no wait up there. This was a bummer, but we know for next time. Our room had a pool view but the Club lounge was at the other end of the resort. We know next time to ask for a room near the Club Lounge. The hostess at the Club Lounge, I believe her name was Carlissa, was AMAZING! Her customer service is stellar! She greeted us and checked us in and verified all of the other guests as well within a matter of seconds. You can tell that she is a professional at her job with excellent hospitality and great customer service. Carlissa made sure that everything was cleaned up and well maintained when the regular staff person wasn't available. The regular staff person was very busy busing tables and cleaning up items, plus serving beer and wine. It was good to see that Carlissa and the staff person worked off of each other and really kept the place clean, tidy, and well-stocked for all of the visiting guests. If you book at this location, make sure that you pay a little extra for the Club Level benefits. They offer a 6:30-9:30a breakfast buffet, 4-6p evening hors d'oeuvres & drinks, and champagne at 9 o'clock at night on the Club Lounge where the fireworks happen for Disneyland. Also, throughout the day you can stop in the Club Lounge to have snacks or water, sodas, coffees, teas, and cappuccinos. This resort is awesome and I am happy that we chose to stay here. Thanks!

It was a great stay! We loved the location so close to the Disneyland entrance!…read more Antoinette checked us in and she was fabulous and everyday we would stop and say hello to her! She even said Hi to us as she was driving into work! She is definitely a great asset to your establishment!! She was a little camera shy thou. The rooms were nice and clean with daily maid service which I love! We stayed for 4 nights it was $1,449. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for! The only draw back was the WiFi was terrible!!!! The lighting could have been better in the room too. The spa and pool was very nice with beach towels to use! Also laundry facility for patrons to use if needed. They have a nice coffee/hot cocoa machine in the lobby to help yourself and water cooler to fill up your water bottles and ice machines is on the main floor by the pool. It's better to take your own water bottle with ice to Disney and then find water stations to fill up throughout the day. You will save $$$$. The breakfast buffet was upstairs at the Mexican Restaurant next door! They had staff to serve you which I loved!!! They had a huge variety of hot food and cold. The hot food choices changed everyday! From egg sandwiches, burritos, ham and cheesy egg scramble to pancakes, potatoes, ham, bacon, Turkey and Pork sausage! My favorite was the cheesy eggs they were fire and real!! I highly recommend this hotel!! The pros out way the cons.

But if your going to Disney all day or exploring the city all day and your just coming to the room to rest, freshen up and sleep at night. It's perfect. They have a breakfast buffet which was so helpful before starting our day! They have a coffee machine in the lobby perfect for a morning pick up or a mid day pick up. Such easy access to the freeway and also right across the street from Disney. Great location. After a few days here, I'd come back to this hotel. The location for Disney is perfect and the price is nice for your wallet. Instead of the on property hotels.

Perhaps they are understaffed. I for some reason had a duplicate reservation, which I had to cancel 3x and almost got charged 3x for it my room thermostat seemed glitchy. it was over 100 outside, and inside no matter how low I tried to set it, it would stay at 80

We usually love Hyatt house because of their free breakfast downstairs. You have to pay for nightly parking at this hotel even though you are staying the night. I felt that was unnecessary since we are already paying to stay overnight. I personally felt it should be included with hotel fees - I understand other hotels that have valet parking only and you have to pay for parking. While we were eating breakfast - we felt rushed by the cleaning ladies to hurry and put away our dishes. One lady even cleared our plates from our table and then ended up spilling orange juice on our stroller. She said sorry but I felt that she kept trying to clean out able before we were even ready to leave. Just felt weird and rushed. (It wasn't even closing time for breakfast)

Homewood Suites Anaheim Resort - Convention Center has become our family's go-to hotel for…read moreDisneyland trips, and with three kids, it solves the accommodation problem better than almost any other Hilton property we've found in the area. The hotel is relatively modern and has been maintained extremely well. Rooms have consistently been very clean, and there are a surprising number of configurations designed for larger families. Depending on the room, you'll find bunk beds, separate sleeping areas, and layouts that give mom and dad at least some separation from the kids at the end of the day. That's harder to find around Disneyland than it should be, particularly within the Hilton portfolio. The lobby is large, bright, and airy, with plenty of seating, a good snack/market area, and Disney+ seemingly always playing for the kids. The complimentary breakfast is the typical Homewood Suites buffet, but the breakfast area itself is enormous. It gets very busy in the morning--as you'd expect at a Disneyland hotel--but we've generally been able to find somewhere to sit even during the rush. The pool is OK. Nothing particularly special, but perfectly adequate for letting the kids burn off whatever energy Disneyland somehow failed to extract from them. Service has consistently been friendly and helpful. The property is also surprisingly easy to get in and out of for a hotel this busy. Two elevators keep things moving reasonably well, and multiple exits provide quick access to different parts of the parking lot. Parking is gated and does carry an additional fee, which is worth factoring into the room rate. Disneyland is walkable from the hotel, although I'd put an asterisk next to "walkable." With school-age kids it's very manageable; with toddlers or younger children, the distance becomes considerably less appealing--particularly at the end of a long park day. The location also works well for travelers who aren't visiting Disneyland, as the Anaheim Convention Center is very close. For families, especially loyal Hilton members, this is an outstanding option. There are hotels closer to the parks and certainly hotels with better pools or more upscale amenities, but very few combine the room configurations, cleanliness, breakfast setup, location, and family-friendly common areas as well as this one. While we are moving out of the stage of life where this may be the case, for our previous trips with kids ranging from 2-8, it's served our family, extremely well. -AC

Guess what, no tickets in sight, not a one! Had to back out of there and pray to god that they didn't have those backward spikes to shred your tires. They had a some spots for checking in but alas they were taken up by the maintenance crews! I had to park in a handicap spot and call the front desk to open the gate and let me in. Ridiculous! Once I got that taken care of I headed up to the room where I found the mini refrigerator was on to the maximum cold level and it was warm and to boot it buzzed. I tried to make the best of it and decided to make some coffee. The water leaked out all over the counter. I took a quick shower before heading out to meet up with my friends and it literally took 10 minutes before it got warm enough to use. Then the faucet dripped non stop. I called to see if i could change rooms and was told that if I did that the entire reservation would change as well including the price and since I paid more than what the hotel is worth I declined. I have two more days in this dump and then I am gone! I was better off with a motel 6. Customer service was rude! This hotel is not accommodating one bit.
