Further, the manager-only parking spot was empty and no lights were on in the office. As you can see from other reviews, there is no management on-site, and making contact can be a problem. The room was clean but spartan. I was in unit 11. When I ended my reservation the next morning, via phone as indicated on the vacant office door, I did not get a person, I got voice mail. As you can see in the other reviews, others have had this problem or worse. The only response was an email the next day, telling me it was part of the terms and conditions to not give a refund once I had started the stay. In that email, Sarah asked what was wrong and I detailed my concerns. One final observation: as part of checkout, they ask that you put your trash in the garbage bins outside the motel. When I did that on the morning of Dec 23, a Saturday, I found all the bins were empty. There were no other cars in the parking lot that morning. Fortunately, I found a vastly better place for the rest of our stay in St Petersburg, and I'll be much more careful to read reviews in the future.

I just returned home from a three night/four day stay at Arbor Seaside Cottages and could not be happier. I rented all five cottages for my party of 24. Nick handled my booking and was super easy to work with. He graciously answered hundreds of questions and customized the billing process to suit my needs. He was always a text or call away with responses within 24-48 hours. The property is located on Gulf Blvd, offers private parking spaces and is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and convenient stores. It felt small at first because it's nestled between taller rental properties but was spacious enough for a small wedding. Simply rearranging the patio furniture made all the difference. The backyard is Indian Rocks Beach, just steps away from the sparkling gulf waters. The incredible sunset viewings and euphoric sound of waves crashing made for a dreamy vacation. Each cottage came equipped with full kitchens plus two shared grills outside, which minimized our need to dine out. The queen beds were very comfortable but a couple of sofa beds needed a tune up. The only thing we ran out of by day 3 was toilet paper. Five people to a bathroom will do that I suppose. We had plenty of towels and extra linens but nothing to worry about with onsite laundry. The quaint cottages were air conditioned, had tv's and strong WiFi. Convenient keypad locks on the doors so we didn't have to carry any keys. Everyone loved the pavilion outside. It became the gathering place for familia to enjoy morning coffee together, chill, play cards and drink. The strung lights around it made for beautiful ambience at night. Although I found Arbor Seaside Cottages by searching VRBO, they have a website for booking as well. If you're interested in hosting a small wedding or family reunion I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Nick. The cottages may also be rented individually for smaller groups. We already plan on returning with or without the entire group!

The best thing about this place was that the backyard is Indian Rocks Beach! Breathtaking sunsets throughout our stay-ation! Everything was outstanding here, the property manager was great handling our booking and each cottage was came with a kitchen and a bathroom. The cottages each had two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was the only negative thing about this place, as it felt like I was sleeping on a pile of rocks.. actually I think rocks would have been more comfortable. There is a nice size pool and two grills that are for use at anyone in the cottage. There is also on site laundry room. If you have a family reunion or just are looking for a place for your friends to spend some quality time at the beach. Use these cottages! They will be a great fit!

One of the best things about this hotel is the location. Everything is within walking distance... the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, and plenty of things to do. The lobby and pool are located on the 5th floor. Our check in process was a breeze & the spin the wheel addition was a fun way to get extra perks. Our room was located on the 8th floor, ocean facing. The room was clean and quiet. The mini refrigerator was perfect for bottled water or any restaurant left overs we had. The microwave was located in the hydration station area. My husband loved that the ice machine gave nugget ice. We spent a few hours each day at the pool. Steve the bartender is the star of the show. He made whatever cocktail we wanted and offered several great restaurant recommendations. The pool towels could really use an upgrade, they are very thin and are showing their age. Plenty of sun exposure at the pool. I appreciated the lounger with several umbrellas outside the pool. The pool temperature was refreshing and not too warm. Exit the main entrance, cross the street, and a short walk for beach access. I appreciate being close to but not on the beach ... trying to keep the sand away. Overall the AC Hotel Clearwater Beach met the needs for our two day stay.
