    I just came to get a car on 10/13/2020, and when I came to pick up the car the car was dirty with stains and sticky things everywhere! The back bumper of the car is missing a bolt. The car also is having a problem with the service alerts because it's keeps saying service in 14 days. I called to have the car serviced the next day and but unfortunately I was late to the appointment because I was in standstill traffic on N Main Road, coming from Bishopville due to road repair. The salesman Anthony (Big Tony), told me I had to wait 3 hours for the car to get fixed as if I was an inconvenience but the car was supposed to be clean on the 13th when I picked it up. I expressed this all to Anthony and he pretty much told me it was my fault, and since I didn't pay a deposit I shouldn't expect much and he called me ghetto! The exact words were, "I don't do ghetto." I called the manager, Kevin, and he pretty much didn't care! Don't get your car from here! Make sure you ask about the GAP, they won't tell you. Also, keep in mind you have 30 days to trade the car in when you get one because they won't tell you that either!

Went to get the mileage off my truck and came back and recommended that I get a fuel filter change I said what % is it at as I already knew. He said 40% left, so I asked then why would I want to replace a filter at 1/2 of its life! Little did I know this was the first strike. Next Im called a couple hours later they found a nail in my tire $35 dollar repair. Mind you these are 10 ply tires with around 3,000 miles on them. I agree to the repair even though I've never seen a 10ply tire leak in 15 years of driving them. He called me back said there is a second nail in tire within 16" of the first and according to state law we cant put two patches on that close together, but we do have a new tire I could sell you in stock. I asked for documents of this law, as I knew that was false. Strike two. Unable to produce this document, I asked for them to put the spare on. When I picked up my truck they rotated one side of my truck but not the other. Drove truck down to Discount tire 1/2 mile away they looked at tire said yes its repairable and this one is only a thumbtack and not leaking. As Discount tire pulled tack in front of me I laughed, strike 3 your out Jones GMC - Discount was able to repair leaking tire/ finish the rotation and put the spare tire back under the truck for $0.00. Bonus! So before your spend the extra money on service at Jones I highly recommend a second opinion and personally, I will never use this dealership again.

The day it happened was the first day I was sick (real sick) with Covid. I wasn't the driver, my husband was. Bilton picked the car up and within a few hours the owner, Jamie Bilton called me personally to provide an initial assessment of the damage. The insurance company gave me and him some push back, but Mr. Bilton reassured me that they would take care of everything and advocated with the insurance company for an in-person assessor (ultimately 2 came out at 2 different stages of the repair), and when the the insurance company indicated the use of used parts he pushed to get and got new parts to restore my car. Throughout the duration of the repairs, I received weekly updates from Mr. Bilton. Upon completion, Mr. Bilton told me to bring the car if anything was off with the car. A few months later, prior to taking my first major road trip in the vehicle, I called Mr. Bilton to bring the car in to check it out. Upon arrival he was waiting for me, along with his tech, and there was a loaner waiting so that I could run my errands. Truly, I only have great things to say about the people and their service at Bilton Lincoln, because "stuff" happens, but it's how you're treated to lessen the "crap" that matters.

They saved me the cost of a two week car rental until I could return to get my car. They really did a great job too. My car is running beautifully. Thanks to Kerri and Tim for assisting to get my car repaired.

    I was mislead by the counter guy that they would assist me with a issue but they did not. I needed…read moreto get my transmission fluid and filter replaced for my warranty, it was a mistake on my part I did not catch the due mileage in time and went over a bit. I do get my oil changed every 3000 miles when warranty requires 5000 because I do take care of my truck, too expensive not too. Well they said they would "misread" my mileage so it would keep my warranty valid. I dropped by on Monday to make sure my truck would be services on Friday as it was when they could schedule me in, they did not tell me they would accommodate my request then or at our first conversation either. Picked it up on Friday and the counter guy said he could not change the milage because it was wrong to do so. But lying to me that he would is quite acceptable in his mind apparently. The owner came over and started telling me about its a battle repeatedly until I told him we are not in a battle we have a disagreement that's all. He raised his voice and kept telling in about its a battle in business and I don't understand and kept ranting on and on. I told him it was ultimately my fault because I missed the milage but I would have gone somewhere else that would done my request. If I wasn't able to find another company I would have just done it myself because it would be out of warranty anyway and save myself $660 which was my bill, pretty excessive actually.

They just said it was getting older and just makes noise. Newman's figured out what the noise was and fixed it. We also had them put on new Shocks, Struts and new headlight assemblies. Our car runs like its on rails again. Very professional and friendly. Didn't try to up sell me anything like most mechanics will do. When you've traveled in the military, it's hard to find a trustworthy local mechanic...problem solved. I will definitely be back!
