The instricror/coach for the class, i believe her name is ms. Jessica, was so knowledgeable and friendly. I was out of my element but she was able to explain various techniques to me. She also provided the time for me to practice while demonstrating ways to improve the routine. While it was only my first class, i felt more confident that with consistent practice at the gym, i will get better at the foundational movements. I appreciate having an adult ninja class with a coach that knows her stuff!

You have to like and follow on Facebook or swing by the studio to find out which projects are on which calendar days. Michael hosts private parties like ours, birthday parties, gives lessons and offers the regularly scheduled projects. You can bring your own food and drink but also available was water, coffee, hot chocolate and a few candies. The studio is clean and comfortable. The employees were nice, funny, helpful, and fun. And sometimes hard to speak and be understood by many. Had a problem with the self purchase ticket kiosk. The manager or asst. manager young woman named Rachel seen us having a problem came over on her own and helped us out. was very helpful and professionally and took the time to explain how to use machine the right way. She listen and help and made us even laugh a few times. Very good young lady. also cinema was very clean and very comfortable food and drinks cost a lot but not more than any other cinema we have frequented in this state Thank you manager Rachel for very good help and the humor. Definitely a good place to see a film.

Were told we couldn't bring in outside food or…read moredrink; then right before we walked out we saw an older couple get into a movie with outside food and drink in their hands... and were excepted in. The service wasn't pleasant. You get eye rolls and bad attitudes. We could hear the next movie playing the whole time. The place smelt terrible, definitely not well taken care of. The lights turned on 15 minutes before the movie was over. Next time definitely driving farther for an AMC. If I could give this experience 0 stars I would.
