Beyond fresh, marbled to perfection, they were delicious. This morning I cooked the sausage and made a cinnamon roll sausage egg bake and also absolutely delicious. And we still enjoy that shop as well. At C&J we purchased spicy and plain pork sausage links, pork chops, 2 custom cut steaks. We are very happy with their products. I very much liked the link sausages, for breakfast and dinner recipes. The owner was very pleasant and attentive. She gave us some history of the shop while we were there. The shop is very clean, well kept and organized. They pay close attention to these details there and we like that. It is 'out in the country' off the main highway.
