My experience with Hybrid Restoration was extremely frustrating and unprofessional…read more To make matters worse, Dante appears to be the only person who answers the phone. If he doesn't answer, there doesn't seem to be anyone else available to help customers or provide updates. That made communication nearly impossible and left me feeling like my time wasn't valued. I rearranged my schedule twice for these appointments, only to be left waiting with no communication. If you can't keep appointments, the least you can do is let your customers know instead of ignoring their calls. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Hybrid Restoration.
