Though from my understanding of today they are double dipping for funds. Which is fraudulent. My insurance company heard everything that was said today. And their staff even told the owner that I had them on the phone and she completely flipped out about being recorded. That sucks for her bc they caught everything she said. And I gave them my content which here in tx u only need one person. Bet she didn't know that. And what happened is completely against the law. They charged my insurance company the main part and my other insurance was suppose to pick up the rest. They didn't even submit the other half of the insurance and told me I'd still have to pay. But it was double the number now. I even apologized for getting upset. Front desk was cool with it but the lady over the phone, still not so much. Insurance filed a massive complaint of what happened today and them refusing to see me. Which was said out loud and the recording picked it all up. So if u want them to double dip and not run the insurance properly then go to them if not find someone else in town. I am also filing a complaint with the medical board considering what happened is illegal in more than one way

The doctor discussed many options and how each procedure was done with me during my consultation and let me decide whatever I was comfortable with. I appreciated her nurse going over again what the procedure entailed when I went in for the treatment and I thought she was so kind explaining how the laser works and what to expect. The new office is professional and in a great location, easy to get to!
