I could…read moregive you a lot of reasons, from her sharp diagnostic mind, to her extreme caring for each and every one of her patients. But none of you will believe me. So suffice it to say, she is so good, she can't accept any more patients, and hasn't done so for several years. People sell out the best concerts, so why not the best physicians? Terrible customer service at the front desk!! Mean, no smile, could care less about the patients!!…read more Once you get past the mean, grouchy lady at the front desk all the other professionals are wonderful. She however is in the wrong job!! I was told to take a seat and someone would be with me, "in a little bit." Let me add that I was the only person there. No one in the parking lot, no one in the waiting room. When I asked why it would take so long, she said she was in the middle of doing an insurance form, and she couldn't just stop in the middle of it. But it was her demeanor that was so rude.
