Horrible place for mental health care. Dr. Scoleri is great. But that's where it ends. They consistently are rude on the phone IF you can ever speak to them. It takes weeks and multiple phone calls to get basic prescriptions refilled. If you need a prior authorization done- just forget about it. It's going to literally take months. They mess up appointments. And they are late for everything everytime. Like, really late. I've waited 45 mins to 2 hours for appointments. They mess up then blame it on you. For telehealth I've stayed logged into the link they sent for hours and then when the dr doesn't show up they try to say she did but I wasn't logged in. I've started taking screenshots when I do for proof. I've been patient and given them the benefit of the doubt but am looking for a new Dr because the stress of dealing with this place every month is horrible. read more

Staff super nice and efficient. My nurse, Amanda Lind, was very pro inpatient and then suggested rehab to me for medications she prescribed . I'd avoid unless want to go inpatient. Nice enough, but worst provider I've had since 2000. Super disappointed and feel let down during a crisis. Not to be trusted., imo. read more

They completely disappeared during the pandemic. I would get a one minute phone call from their staff psychiatrist. Terrible but unless you have an expensive health insurance policy you are not going to get any psychiatric care in Allegheny County. They have finally opened up long after the pandemic was declared over. There has been a massive change of doctors. As a general rule doctors who had been around for awhile retired earlier than they or we anticipated due to pandemic fears. I will report back up asap. read more

If I could give a zero, I would. BUYER/PATIENT BEWARE: Terrible, the reviews on here are accurate and true. Just awful experience and don't wish it on anyone else. Find another provider. Staff and Amanda Lind are awful. Staff just on repeat like a recording in person, perhaps reading from a script. Staff refused for me to see Lind due to some bureaucratic issue, when all documentation was provided prior to visit. Weeks of sharing all medical records, which you have to give before they tell you when they have an appointment for you, weeks of waiting for the appointment, then you get there and Lind refuses to see you after you drive 40 minutes to the practice. This is one of the worst psychiatry experiences ever, they take all of your medical records and data and then you show up and refuse to see you, they could have called and said this prior to the appointment. STAY away and don't sign any of their docusign releases. All of this and their providers are all nurse practitioners with an absent MD who has no appointments for another year. Very questionable that only nurse practitioners running the office and then refuse to see clients that they have all records from. Truly awful experience. read more

The office experience is bad. My NP, Amanda Linde, has been great to me, but the office staff tends to be unhelpful and even plain rude. I can't say that everyone on the office staff is terrible, but I've had two horrible experiences with them. On one, they mixed up my records with another patient's somehow, and sent my prescription to the pharmacy this other person had indicated, insisting that I had called in and done it myself. I had the phone records to prove this never happened, but everything was corrected and the situation never went any further. Fair enough. Today, when I was calling in to try and figure out what was going on with a prior authorization, the woman answering the phone at the office was just plain rude and dismissive, even hanging up on me by the end. I understand that prior auths take time to process, but when I explain the series of events so I can try and get clarity on what's happening and what else I might need to do, and the response I get is "Well I guess they already have it [the prior auth] then. Bye," and I get hung up on, that doesn't really help me at all! Now I still don't know what's going on with my prescription AND I'm looking into other psych offices. read more

I've had only positive experiences here. I've seen multiple people in this practice (meds, and therapy) and the treatment, scheduling, billing. - zero problems. My son was a patient here immediately after a crisis, they got him in the schedule with a wonderful counselor *within a week*, when every other practice I called was scheduling 6-8 weeks out for new patients. He has since followed her to her own practice, but at the time they really helped stabilize him. I've been treated here for anxiety, and Britney Scolieri helped me wean off a long term medication that actually wasn't helping much at all, with basically no side effects and I'm happy to be less medicated than before. My therapist Brittany has been transformative. I will say, as a negative, that the waiting room has at times felt like a bus stop. People having long conversations on their cell phones without any regard for other people around them. I wish they'd put a sign up. I was there this week and the hot topic on the waiting room call was "how was your trip to Walmart?" read more

This place really messed me up. I called about refills for a life sustaining medication 7 days ago. THey have yet to fill it and I am about to go to the ER. I frankly can't afford an ER bill, but this is what they did to me. Specifically LYNN MANOLFI simply did not address my 4 messages and two faxes from the pharmacy. I'm sorry but that is unacceptable and not the standard of care of any medical professional. THey made me worse, not better. read more

Summit Psychological Services in Fox Chapel was three years of compleat and total hell. I loved my Nurse Practioner. He was wonderful. The office staff and the daytime nurse the most unhelpful people I have dealt with. The nurse was miserable. There was nothing compassionate about her. Numerous occasions, phone messages never got through to my NP! Running low on my Psych meds I would leave refill requests. Never a call back. Forgotten. It was like dealing with an office full of Nurse Ratchetts. PLEASE Do not use this practice. If I could give negative stars I would. They don't care about your wellbeing just about what meds they can shove down your throat and the copay they get. The nurse practitioner I saw literally DID NOT CARE. You could hear it in her voice and her response to questions. Mind you she lied about submitting important paperwork to my insurance, couldn't remember what meds I had tried previously and kept asking me for a list of them over and over.
