I just had my second appointment for Physical Therapy in my home! So who could ask for anything…read moremore?! But my physical therapist is awesome , and even though there is discomfort, she helps me through it and gently pushes me. Big difference from other times I've gone and hurt myself trying to do what the therapist said and trying to keep up with others. I can see where this will be a positive experience and I'm hopeful to get out of this painful hole I'm in. My Physical Therapist is Luba.. She's professional, empathic , and has great guidance. I never would have thought my insurance would cover it, but it is and im extremely grateful.

Blood pressure machine didn't work, yet somehow recorded a BP that showed up in his report a month after my initial visit. In his report I was recorded as retired, nope I'm full time employed, he recorded I was on Medicare, nope BCBS, he reported I lived in a multilevel house nope wrong again, I live in a ranch. The worst of all he recorded I had my right knee replaced, NOPE IT WAS MY LEFT KNEE. I have been fighting back and forth between BCBS and Luna if I'm covered. I get yes, no, yes, no depends on the day I call. After first visit I was basically blown off for second visit and delayed for 3rd. I contacted my surgeon and dumped Luna, went to Team Rehab. Team Rehab is FANTASTIC, no question I'd go there and have recommended to many people. I'd never recommend Luna.

I found Magnum online, these guys got a Dr to do a house visit that afternoon, thank God because he was on blood thinning medication, they set him up on a lower dose of warfarin, got a nurse to come visit him twice a week to make sure he was reacting ok to the med dosage and also got a physical therapist to come to his house twice a week! He is doing 100% better now, able to leave his house when he wants and seems a lot healthier after the medication change. The physical therapist helped him to be able to exercise on his own and strengthen himself to be able to do household chores and his hobbies, I can't thank you guys enough, he really feels independent and happy again! I wish I could give zero stars; that is this companies true worth…read more The Owner/RN is very unethical immoral and unprofessional. I live out of state and believed her company was reputable. She formed a satisfactory rapport with me over the phone, She repeatedly assured me she was supervising her staff. She reported to me she did supervision visits with her staff frequently. With her being a professional peer I believed her, to my dismay. My parent never meet her nor spoke to her on the phone, The care my parent received was far below the standard. Her staff member charged my father money for things which was part of his care plan, in addition; she did not show for 2 weeks leaving my parent uncared for. They had many excuses and assured me the girl would be terminated because she has been a problem in the past with other client. the Owner/RN did offer to pay back the funds her staff member took from my elderly parent but never. She also assured me prompt replacement, it took 5 days. The replacement staff member went to my parents' home and was there a total of 10-15 min. and never showed up for the rest of the week,. This was brought to the Owner/RN attention, her excuse was the staff member lived too far away that she found someone else who could start the next Monday. Needless to say My parent and I decided to no longer use the company. My parent was a private paying client and had to pay for services in advance. The Owner/RN has not refunded our payments. I attempted to contact her numerous times, to no avail she does not answer my call or text messages nor does any other staff member from her office. As a professional courtesy I allowed ample time ( 6 months ) for her to rectify this issue. Shame on them for taking advantage of an disabled veteran and any other senior or client she may have also taken advantage of. I have added to my review secondary to the Owner attempting to accuse me of fabricating my story. I do have several correspondence with her. I have attached one. below she acknowledges that the second employee has lied and no been seeing my Father and how he would not have to pay for November and part of december. these monthly checks were paid in advance. my father did not care to use her company further. she never returned funds and is now being retaliatory. Instead of taking responsibility and doing the right thing. protect your loved ones and avoid this company.

The Physical Therapist, Patrick Asmar, is the best I have ever had (over years of PT), and the Occupational Therapist, Mary Kachocha, is also excellent and the best OT I have eve had. They are skilled, listened to what i needed, thoroughly read what my doctors had written, followed through with explaining and demonstrated what I could do, and I am much improved, and incredibly grateful.
