I don't know what is going on with this company. We've use their service for a little over a year…read more Things were fine last year but suddenly this year we're getting no communication. You call the office and nobody returned your phone call. We are paying for the top of the line maintenance plan, but nobody is showing up to clean the hot tub. They supposedly replaced a broken pump, but the pump is still not working. Of course they charged the card despite the work not being finished. Look for another company that is more responsive.

I agree w/ Lisa H's post from a year ago. ZERO communication! The last time their sales guy…read morereturned a call or e-mail was when we were still considering a larger, higher-end Hot Spring Spa more than 3 years ago. The installation back then went well, but if you don't sign up for their regular "route service," then it becomes "all quiet on the western front." Their service dept. was not even willing to help me escalate an issue to Hot Spring after a pump failed very shortly after the warranty period had expired. Instead, they just wanted to send out a technician for $245 minimum - including travel time from the Frisco location, even though they have regular route service customers in my neighborhood. If you want to feel like you're getting a pretty decent deal on an entry-level hot tub and need someone to maintain it for you, then sure - consider buying something from the Hot Spot Collection and have Maximum Comfort service it. But if you plan to operate, maintain and service your hot tub yourself, then I'd stay away from these guys and get something better from one of several other retailers in the County that are more responsive, reliable and represent reputable brands such as Arctic, Jacuzzi and others.

Maximum Comfort Pool & Spa - After Maximum Comfort repaired our hot tub by drilling four holes in it and sticking some screws in it, it still looks like this.

Disappointed. 2 stars because their employee they sent out was cool. I just moved into a house that…read moreThe Spa Man installed a hot tub at in 2020. The tub lights were not working, because we found out the company never connected them during the original installation. The other end of the plug was hidden behind insulation. I probably could have fixed this myself but I didn't know if the work was still waranteed and called them out to complete the installation figuring they would stand by their work. Charged $223 to send someone out, pull the light cord out of the insulation and plug in the lights that should have been plugged in during the original install. I asked them to reconsider the charge as it seemed pretty steep considering the issue was related to the original install and they said nope, it's out of warranty (barely) and the $223 was reasonable because I live outside their normal service area. They also suggested some other company probably unplugged the lights after their work and hid it in the insulation (why? Makes no sense) since an issue was never reported until now. Previous owners likely never reported an issue cause they were never here (house was an STR). I guess cross your fingers they do the original install right if you are inheriting one of the tubs they put in and you aren't the original owner.
