    The saltwater equipment is not made for this level of chlorine

    We bought a home with a salt water spa. This company treated it like it was a full chlorine spa. (yes, Allen, I know even salt water spas take SOME chlorine, but thanks for speaking to my husband and myself like we are total idiots, you probably shouldn't have a job in customer service) Every component has corroded and is now leaking because the chlorine used was too much (they used the amounts for a full chlorine spa) and ate away the salt water equipment. They wanted to charge me up towards $7,500 for the leak repair THAT WAS THEIR FAULT!!?? So rude and so unprofessional on every phone call. No wonder my spa was always green and not able to be used. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are now costing me tens of thousands for spa replacement. They ruined our built in salt water spa and THEY DO NOT CARE!!! Let this be your warning they clearly have no idea what they are doing.

    Terrible company with terrible customer service. They will bill you after the fact for $1,000 and try to put on your credit.

    Used to be a great company but have become overpriced, rude, and treat their employees like disposable garbage.

    Ruined our spa. Now needs to be replaced. Run from this spa company. You'd be better off caring for your spa on your own.

    Here is my update:…read more January 22th I receive another personal attack and scathing email from tom with a ton of threats. He did not even know I paid the bill two days ago. Right after receiving a response to why I was being charged more fee's. As it turned out, his wife admits mailing the invoice on the 2nd of December. They also admit they know I asked them to charge me on the 30th of December and they admit they did not try to charge me until the 13th of January. From the 13th, I was trying to find out why I was being issued late fee's. On the 19th they respond and I paid on the 20th. On the 22th I am issued more personal attacks, threats, and bulling to sue me if I use review plat forms. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB before using yelp and google business reviews. I wanted to share the emails and further communication from today - January 22 - two days after I paid the final bill.

Our spa came in much less than the other places around, although admittedly more than big box stores. With that came Service. Really good service. He worked with our timeline, and dealt with the weather to deliver a spa on a snowy morning. When the electrician didn't show, Tom was understandably annoyed, but worked with what we had and got the spa sited and ready for the electrician a few days later. He came by a few days later, helped with setup and balancing the chemistry. He has constantly been available with clear and honest help any time we had a question. We are learning about managing the spa, and they've been nothing but helpful. So, for a few more dollars than the big box store we got a professional advisor who helped us navigate everything from timing our HOA request through setting up and filling the spa. Great, responsive service all around. Thank you for a personal touch in this order online world. An update. There were some sensor issues with the spa, As You Wish worked through it with us and provided a timely solution

    Avoid This Hotel at All Costs…read more If you value cleanliness, good service, or honesty in advertising, do not stay here. The hotel's listing claimed "luxurious mountain retreat", "elevated experience, "recent renovations" and showed beautiful photos, but my experience was nothing like what was advertised. We booked a 5-night stay for New Year's week to celebrate my birthday, paying $10,000 during peak pricing. We chose this hotel for its location over newer and less expensive options, only to be met with a room that was outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. Room Conditions: * Stained carpets and walls * Damaged headboard and cracked bathroom tiles * Moldy, peeling wallpaper and a musty, moldy smell in the bathroom * Dirty towels, scratched lamps, toothpaste spatter on the mirror, and stained sink and counters * A broken deadbolt on the door Service: The service was equally disappointing. At check-in, I immediately reported the room's condition, but the front desk staff refused to assist, telling me to speak to a manager the next morning. Over the next two days, I spoke with several staff members, including those claiming to be managers, yet nothing was resolved. I was told no other rooms were available, and they could not do anything. I asked to check out early and cancel my remaining days of my prepaid stay. They did agree but I am still waiting for refund. One manager, Bryanna, was especially rude and dismissive, showing no willingness to help. The staff seemed inexperienced and untrained, which I later learned was due to new management. Final Thoughts: This stay has been a nightmare. I've wasted days of my trip trying to resolve these issues with the hotel and Expedia, and I am still waiting for a refund for the unused nights. On top of that, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, with no alternatives offered. This hotel is overpriced, poorly managed, and far from the luxury experience it advertises. Avoid it at all costs--it's not worth the money, the frustration, or the disappointment.
