The prime rib is high quality, incredibly tender, and served a perfect medium rare. Paired with a flavorful au jus, creamy horseradish sauce, and a fresh hoagie roll, it's a sandwich that's consistently exceptional. The thin-cut fries are always served hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy. The attached photo gives you an idea of just how mouthwatering this sandwich is, but it tastes even better than it looks. Came here again with some friends for lunch. Got the $15 lunch deal soup and salad. French onion soup, and a wedge salad. The salad was very fresh and the French onion soup was very flavorful with lots of melted cheese on top. We had an awesome server that never left us waiting. I had to come back to Summit Grill for the third time on this trip. I rarely repeat the same spot as a Yelper so I can review other dining experiences. Three times in a row, my experience was just as sweet as the first. The staff is very welcoming. I have received enthusiastic interaction each time. On this experience, Jeremy hooked me up nice. I ordered Ahi Tuna Street Tacos, with a side of Black Beans and Rice. It was out of this world. I may or may not have imbibed a delectable spirit with this meal. I rate my third trip as the charm. I'm a bit saddened as I return home tomorrow. What impressed me most about a Jeremy is that his attention to detail was superb and his conversation did not appear contrived. ZERO stars. Walked in here for brunch, nice place inside but rude ass hostess. We initially got sat down inside but requested to be sat outside instead. The hostess said ok but did a piss poor job cleaning the table which was wet from the rain last night. We had to get towels from the car to finish drying the table and chairs. Then, the waitress comes over, bless her heart, but they didn't have cranberry juice and didn't know if they served hot chocolate. At that point, let's get the F out of here. Although the place is very nice inside, we should have noticed that in the entire place, which is quite big, there was only a family of 4 sat down eating. My girlfriend and I ate here about a week ago. We met in the evening and had a very nice time. Seating was very nice weight. Staff was very professional and attentive. There was a promotion on the menu for free street tacos when you download an app which wow no one seemed to be aware of on the menu. They did honor and we got a free appetizer essentially which was awesome. It is a week later and I have not been inundated with nonstop. Text messages so it seems like a really good deal. The food was actually very good. The staff was also very attentive and helpful. We had a great time for two people on a date on a Friday night if you are in Gladstone and wanting to try a new place I would recommend the summit grill. We had a 7pm reservation, walked in at 655 and got seated right away. I love the atmosphere here. I ordered the Lobster stuffed salmon served with mashed potatoes and fresh veggies. The salmon was perfectly cooked and topped with brie cheese and shrimp. I highly recommend. My husband ordered the prime rib dip served with French fries, this too was perfect. Sorry for not getting any pictures but i didn't think about it until my food was gone. This place has always been a bit pricey and I feel with inflation it has become much too expensive for our large family. It is beautiful inside, service is great and you can tell they take great care with fresh and delicious ingredients. However, they are not better than many of their less pricey competitors. I also feel their website intentionally leaves out what comes with a family meal now- because if they put it all out there- people would realize they are not worth the $100 price. We ordered the family street tacos. You get 12 delicious and well made tacos(they don't skimp on meat or fresh toppings) , 2 sides of white rice, one side of seasoned black beans and some sliced limes. As great as the tacos were the price was just way too much for what we got. Maybe if they included tortilla chips with cheese dip/ or even salsa (which many Mexican restaurants offer free) it would seem like less of a rip off. We do a lot of family meals. Texas roadhouse, kozaks, saltgrass, Hawaiian bros- all offer comparable family meals at a lower price. I have also been super disappointed with their prime rib dip. It's more expensive than competitors and I do feel they have skimped on the meat. Again, if you are going to charge $30 for a meal- make sure it is worth that hefty price tag. read more

We went for Easter brunch. The holiday brunch menu was a little different than the normal brunch but was amazing just the same. The food was wonderful and our server was so kind and thoughtful. First table we had-didn't like it so well as there was a huge support column blocking everything. So I asked that we get moved and she accommodated us quickly and to a nicer table. We had the "Butter Board" which I believe is on their brunch menu all the time. Grilled ciabatta was done just right! The butter spreads could have been a little more than they provided but the flavors were wonderful! My husband had the hot honey chicken biscuit with the seasoned potatoes. Homemade biscuits, chicken fried just right and the jalapeño aïoli sauce was the perfect compliment. It came with seasoned breakfast potatoes that were nice and crispy and well seasoned. I didn't try it, but he said it was delicious. My daughter and I both had the quiche Lorraine, which was a cheesy egg mixture, almost like a mousse with sizable handpieces in it. Came with a side salad and seasoned potatoes. I would definitely suggest this one if it's on the regular brunch menu. Son-in-law had the buttermilk biscuits and gravy but with a fried egg. He said the gravy was really good and he would definitely order it again. We had the mimosas which had a good ratio of the orange juice to champagne and the cranberry juice to champagne. We have been missing out on this gem! We decided to venture out on a Monday evening to celebrate Valentine's a day early. Closer to home the better on a weeknight. So pleasantly surprised were we, that this will be in our weekly rotation. The decor is more upscale/hipster than most NKC restaurants, and is in a strange location (bottom of apartments), but is warm and welcoming. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip- YUM. It was everything you want ... crisp, perfectly salted chips, and creamy, cheesy goodness. What was different about this dip was the chunks of artichoke hearts that you rarely get in a spin-dip. Those provided the perfect tartness to counter the rich cheese. Hubby got the stuffed salmon- he loved it, had serious regrets in not ordering what I did.- THE RIBEYE. The ribeye gave me eye-rolling syndrome.... you know the type. The OMG that was the perfect bite. The Ribeye was seasoned perfectly, and had all those buttery charred fat bits....all at an unbelievable price point for that size of steak. We will be back- asap. read more

I come to this location pretty regularly because it's a halfway point for a friend who lives on the other side of town. The service is usually really friendly and prompt. This particular visit the server was new, and still seemed in line with other folks we've had in the past. I branched out and got the delicious shrimp pasta. It was so good I ate every bite! My normal go to is the wedge salad and their French onion soup. I may go back to that next time, or do the Asian chicken salad which is another hit. This location is different than the other ones in town from what I can tell because it's very open and has lots of windows. If you get there relatively early you can usually get a seat by the window and have a great space to relax and enjoy visiting with friends. read more

Love this spot for happy hour! The drinks were good, food was delicious and all at a decent price. The only catch with happy hour is that you have to sit in the bar to get the deals.
