We contacted Beat the Heat and Scott came out to look at the issue. Scott was very receptive to the issue and had one of his workers remove the patio the very next day so that the home insurance could fix the water seal and drywall. I was skeptical at first, but Beat the Heat stood by their workmanship agreement and fixed the issue within 3 days! I had numerous plumbing issues with my home so I contacted my home warranty and they assigned Star 5 Plumbing to come and diagnose the issues. In no time i got a call from Mitko from Star 5 Plumbing to schedule me an appointment for a technician to come check the plumbing issues. Next day the technician Stan came right on scheduled time, and he was incredibly professional, and quickly diagnosed the issues. Next day I received a call from my home warranty approving the items that needed to be changed. Stan did an amazing job he changed few valves, toilets, repaired my kitchen sink and etc. He did a lot of work and all his work was PERFECT!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAR 5 PLUMBING!!!!!

Tech (?) came out and blamed water heater leaking (5 yr old unit), when I could see water running from the copper line "fitting", line feeding water heater. (My diagnoses need new water line). 3. After seeing picture the day before, tech said no room to work to replace line, and water heater needed to be removed! (Umm, no) 4. Told company to leave. They did so w/o a word. 5. Do Yourself a favor. Call Will's Plumbing (They have "non-emergency" service until 8pm)!!
