WINDOW CLEANING INSIDE & OUTSIDE…read more If you're looking to get your windows and screens cleaned as part of your spring cleaning, I found a GREAT local small business that I wholeheartedly want to encourage you to use. These 2 young men, Evan and Thaine, who own Mandem Window Cleaning, are absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Hard working, conscientious, thorough and extremely careful. By that I mean I had Thaine and Evan do both the inside and outside of my windows. I didn't do anything ahead of time to prepare the inside of my house for their visit. They handled everything from my furniture to lamps to tables with the utmost care and returned everything to its' spot when they finished. WOW!!! Did I mention that they are the most polite people I've met in a long time? Reasonably priced and my windows and screens are AMAZINGLY SPOTLESS. It is such a pleasure looking out my windows that I'm going to have them come twice a year!! Call or text or email them for a Free Quote. 702-809-6082 mandemwindows@gmail.com

After we agreed on a date, time and price based on how much concrete I needed washed (which was a lot), there were zero issues. The concrete came out a lot better than I could've hoped for. My house looks the same as when I moved in, possibly better. He even took care of some of my artificial turf where my daughter practices hockey on synthetic tiles and let me know. There was no upcharge for this thoughtfulness and I really appreciated it. I will be using Cobo Power Washing for any of my powerwashing needs.
