If you don't see any of the negative reviews that have been posted related to this company before, because they will delete them, at least READ this one. I WAS mutilated related to their need for generational wealth. I have permanent nerve damage along with losing faith in someone who I believed was looking after my best interests. They will lie to you, give you false information about the dental services you need, and then give you a 30-day notice that THEY are terminating their business with you before the job is finished, when you go somewhere else to find out WHY things are not going the way they should be going. I had to pressure them and stand in their lobby, stating that the 16,000 dollar job was not finished and needed to be finished. Three different specialists informed me that I was misled with a false diagnosis of the services I needed. So please, for your own dental health and well-being, AND BANK ACCOUNT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will tell my story about this to the day I die and I hope I can save more people from being abused by this greedy Dental operation. I was going there for a long time. I had a chip on my bridge that needed temporary, but immediate repair, the office suggested I go somewhere else. Which I did and I'm very grateful for the suggestion- after looking at the X-rays sent over by DBD the new dentist pointed out I had an infection and would need it cleaned, cleared, and packed- with a root canal- and they would repair chip despite not having the piece that broke off the dentist rebuild it- they took molds and 3D images for a new bridge and took care of my infection and root canal situation that same day. People don't need additional reasons to fear or be anxious about dental visits. Feeling judged or being told we wont help you isn't the way healthcare should be. My rating is based on the interactions with the staff solely. I think the dentist would have helped me but it would taken to much time and energy so they suggested another office. I wouldn't recommend using this office because the staff was so rude but I gave them two stars because they did end helping me find another dentist who took care all my needs and discovered I had a serious issue- they couldn't believe that DBD had missed that.

But not in the "cutesy" way some places are with kids--no gimmicks, distractions, etc. They are very calming and gentle, but open with the kids about their dental treatment. I think this is a great approach as the kids actually understand what going to the dentist is all about, and are involved in the visit. My kids have never been uncomfortable or nervous there (and of course love the little toy they get at the end). I also think Dr. Henderson is just a great dentist overall--I'm glad we found her!
