They refuse to adjust their reminder calls, which come at 7 a.m. on weekends and even before the office opens. If you don't confirm--because no one is there to answer--they cancel your appointment. One of the teeth they filled had never bothered me before, and now it hurts every time I bite down. The front desk staff is consistently rude and will ignore you while you wait to check in. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

But not in the "cutesy" way some places are with kids--no gimmicks, distractions, etc. They are very calming and gentle, but open with the kids about their dental treatment. I think this is a great approach as the kids actually understand what going to the dentist is all about, and are involved in the visit. My kids have never been uncomfortable or nervous there (and of course love the little toy they get at the end). I also think Dr. Henderson is just a great dentist overall--I'm glad we found her!

Really. I've had all my general dentistry, wisdom teeth removal, and a dental implant done here and have nothing but great things to say. My hygienist was gentle and thorough, and I never felt pressured to buy anything I wasn't interested in. Dr. Mahlin always takes the time to talk with you, explain any procedure, or answer any questions you may have. I never felt rushed through my appointment, or like I was just a paycheck. The receptionists are kind and explain any questions you might have about billing. Yes, they are priced a bit higher than other dentists, and sometimes I got annoyed with all of the appointment reminders, but I think they run a good dental practice and would easily recommend them.

I had to call five times today to even get a response. I called before they closed at 3 PM today. Never got a response. They also never told any of their clients that they were be closed at three today. It took about four hours for me to get a response and when I did, it was from the on-call doctor and he basically told me to call back Monday instead of answering any of my concerns and I'm worried about a dry socket. I think that should be taken care of before Monday. or at least actually answer my questions.
