Every detail of the car was perfect down to the spokes on the wheels. Pricing is extremely reasonable and fair. He will be cleaning all of my family's cars from hereon out. The best detailer I've found yet! Highly recommend

I feel like my car will stay new-looking longer and endure the harsh winter conditions better now. He even removed the spare tire from the wheel well, made it spotless and conditioned the spare tire. He's a super nice guy too!

I ordered a metal cloak under armor for my Jeep Wrangler 392. Waited a few days after I ordered it…read morenever heard anything about shipping information so I proceeded a place three phone calls on three different days throughout the week of course nobody answered I left messages and no call back. Finally called a fourth time the following week was able to get a hold of somebody they said that they would call me back within 15 minutes and about 2 hours later the owner of the company called me back. The owner said that he was out of town for the week and that there had been an issue with my order that needed to be resolved and the price that was advertised online that I paid was not the actual price instead of honoring the price and shipping me the item he decided to cancel my order. My frustration is it took over a week of me calling and calling for them to finally answer the phone never called me back I had to call them. When I finally get a hold of the owner he was somewhat apologetic explained that he was out of town for the week and that this was set on his desk. I explained to him that that does happen but they had a full week of knowing there is an issue with my order that any one of his other employees that I assume was working that week could have called me back and said hey there's an issue with the order we cannot place it right now would you like to refund your money or would you like to wait to have it resolved that would at least have give me the opportunity to purchase the item I needed for a trip but now I'm down a week and the item I ordered will not be ready in time if I buy it from another vendor. So in the end I understand it's a small shop but I did everything I was supposed to do every opportunity to make this right and they did not it would not have cost them any money to fulfill my order they might not have made any money on it but at least they would have had Goodwill especially since they cost me a week of my time and my money for quite frankly because I did pay for it it did come out of my account and so they held on to my money knowing full well there was a problem with the order instead of calling me right away to tell me there's an issue and let me decide what I wanted to do with my money.

Having had experience in the auto detailing industry. I have to say that working with the owner of…read morethis company Craig Trayer was an outstanding experience. As his attention to detail and his knowledge of the products he has in his arsenal are second to none. Coupled with his integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction I have never seen another auto detaling service like his in all of my years of experience. Bottom line Craig's service and customer satisfaction significantly exceeds all expections (in reality it is truly off the charts, as he pays so much attention to both small and large details which is due to the significant amount of personal pride he takes in his work). (Personally, I had Craig detail three vehicles for me and the results were flawless and above reproach.) Note: If all companies (no matter their field of expertise) were to work as hard as Craig does for his customer there wouldnt be any substandard companies out there. But sadly thats not the case and that is why Craig's company stands alone across the board in its field. In closing, if you have a need for an auto detailing service I would highly recommend this company without any reservations.
