This second time he again performed above and beyond our expectations. He repaired several loose and fallen stones and repaired two areas of stucco that had been damaged. They repaired a crumbling area around a bad window replacement from 10 years previous. They did this in an area that required creative scaffolding to reach a 3rd floor, on a steep sloped surface. I started to call them about 11 months later to inform them my cement was pitting, crumbing and cracking in places. I was told they would come out and look at the driveway and set a time for repairs. I been calling every 1-2 weeks for almost a year and still no repairs have been made. Our next steps are contacting the better business bureau and possible legal action.
