Dr…read more Vogel has grown increasingly unaccomodating and Stamford Health just announced that she is resigning from the practice with very little explanation as to why, which felt suspicious to us. Most of all, the admin staff is poor. The office has a small army of admins who run cover for the doctors. They do not communicate with each other, are disorganized and come off as annoyed when talking to you. Even the most patient families will feel frustration in dealing with the office and should be prepared to follow up vigilantly as they will NOT call you back. The office's apathy and lack of urgency is so severe it borders on dangerous for the kids. One of our kids has an allergy and it was a process to get him the prescription he needed in case he had a reaction. We felt we had no choice but to leave. Good riddance and beware of this pediatric practice.

I love how personable each of the doctors are. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Love everyone that works here!!! The doctors are amazing, the nurses are the absolute sweetest and the ladies at the front desk are beyond caring. The healthy child is a family & they welcome everyone with open arms and are ready to care for your children as if they were their own.

I explained that our typically active child who never slowed down (not even with COVID) wouldn't walk and cried when we put him down on the floor to stand. Dr. Hart told us that it was just a cold since he tested negative for flu, strep, and COVID. It seemed strange they didn't strip him to his diaper to see the full picture, but I thought well, I guess doctors know best... two hours later, we noticed what appeared to be a rash forming on our son's knee. I called the pediatrician's office and Dr. Hart said, "see if he makes it through the night" (?!). I asked 3x if I could send a picture of the knee and upon receiving, we were told to bring our son to the hospital. After waiting hours in the hospital, doctors presumed the infection to be a bad case of cellulitis. By the time we got out of the hospital and had a prescription for an oral antibiotic, the infection had spread up and down my son's entire leg. It was burning hot to the touch, bright red, and swollen. That next morning, we rushed our son back to the ER and demanded IV antibiotics, which he needed to be on for 5 days. If Dr. Hart spent ONE minute to examine my son for symptoms I continued to pressure him on, we would have avoided a 5-night stay in the hospital and so much stress, anxiety, and pain. If we hadn't brought him back to the hospital, the consequences would have been devastating. The infection spread so quickly and could've been treated 1.5 days earlier if it wasn't for the pediatrician's negligence. I'd also like to mention that we haven't heard a single peep from the pediatrician's office to check on our child. This practice is not looking out for your child's best interest. They want to give them their shots and get them out the door. Don't let something like this happen to your child.

We've had plenty of first time parent concerns and he's tackled them all super timely and with a way of explaining things that calms us and gives us more confidence every time. And we were amazed with Katie, the Lactation Consultant. she has decades of experience, she CHANGED our world!! we brought in our 5 day old baby and she completely turned me around with her knowledge base. I brought him in with me and nursed him with her help so that she could observe. She reframed so much of what the hospital told me generically and tailored it to me and our son based on how and what she saw. and she was spot on! he was happier, less frustrated and trusted me to read his cues correctly and get what he needed. it was an instant fix, I can't get enough of her!! She makes herself available by phone too if tou can't make it to her in person. She and Dr. Stephen are in this with you every step, honestly we couldn't have asked for more caring human beings to help guide us.

My kids LOVE going to the dr. They literally ask to go. Even if there are shots involved they like being there. When the heck does that ever happen? Dr. Nikki is more than a doctor. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I am so grateful for Riverside Pediatrics, and I emphatically recommend them…read more My family just arrived in Greenwich when my daughter developed a bad fever and a gravely cough. I called Riverside Pediatrics and they were able to get us an appointment that afternoon. The staff was efficient and courteous. The office utilizes easy to use online tools for scheduling and paperwork. And, they accepted our insurance, which was a big relief because we only started it a few days earlier. Once in the office I hardly had time to sit down before the doctor was attending to us. (Amazing!) As for treatment: Dr. Bansilal's bedside manner was absolutely superb! She was gentle, firm, and professional. In less than a minute my 2-year-old daughter, who has appropriate stranger danger, was totally comfortable with her and was following her instructions. Dr. Bansilal listened attentively and asked lots of questions before forming a diagnosis. She clearly explained to me what she thought was wrong, how she arrived at that conclusion, what we were going to do about it, what to expect, and what to be vigilant against. Our experience was so good that when we were leaving my daughter said, unprompted, "I like the doctor!" I totally agree! Love this practice!!!

Riverside Pediatrics is clean and welcoming. They have a well room for children who aren't sick to wait in. There are magazines for adults, books and toys for children, and the Kids Netflix is always on for the children in the waiting room. There is plenty of seating while waiting. The women at the front desk are very nice and the check ins are always quick. The pediatricians are great with the kids and are always able to answer any questions on the dot. The professionalism is outstanding. If I were to ever have children, I would trust this location to be my kid's pediatrician.
