Kids screaming, loud music, neighbors having sex, people urinating in the toilet (you can hear everything) because there is no sound proofing whatsoever. The faucets are so old they disintegrate when you try to clean. The toilets have a million cracks and the mounts have rusted away. There is black mold that grows regularly in the windows. The plumbing makes loud popping noises when the neighbors flush their toilets, which is really unpleasant at 4 am on a work day. Residents drive in with music so loud it shakes the windows, and this can be any time of the day or night.
