Every time I walk in, the girls that work there always are so sweet with the biggest smiles. My husband sometimes comes with me (not for the spray tan) but so that he can enjoy the awesome massage chair they have in the lobby if you're waiting your turn or if you're waiting for someone else. They also have a TV, too. I usually get the Catalina spray and they have the Versa Pro spray tan machine. I love this machine so much because I've never been told I look orange or rarely have it go on unevenly. It always is such a great spray! And it's super easy to understand as the machine walks you through which way to stay and where to have your feet. The room is also always clean and ready to go when you walk in which is truly wonderful. I've never had a problem of not having a hairnet or a towel or anything. They do a great job to make sure the room is stalked. I'll probably never get rid of my membership because I love it so much here. Thanks so much for the great service! Keep it up!!!

This was my first spray tan in 15 years! I wanted a nice glow for my wedding and Desert Sol Tan came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. I got my fist tan at a discount so I splurged for the top package. I didn't really know what add ons to include and just let Haley work her magic. Currently 10 days out and still looking good with use of some of the products I took home. My skin looked flawless on my wedding day and if the time comes for me to get another spray tan, I know where I'm going! Definitely try them out. You won't regret it. She saw them but refused to replace them stating "I can't just give you free goggles" 3. I just spent $151 to start my monthly plan at your store and you can't just replace my now dirty goggle stuck behind the machine?! 4. Not only all of that but Isabella was extremely rude towards me, looked for 3 seconds and didn't try to reach for them. Terrible customer service. I was planning to come for the next 6 months. Terrible Customer Service & Unsanitary Practices…read more I've never had a worse experience at a tanning salon. Kaylee and McKenna were incredibly rude and unwelcoming from the start. I've been going here for years & two days ago I lost a sentimental necklace there, and instead of offering any help, they simply told me, "We don't know what to tell you." To make matters worse, they blatantly admitted that they don't thoroughly check the rooms after each customer, which is not only unhelpful but also completely unsanitary. It's clear that customer service is not a priority here, and the lack of cleanliness is concerning. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If i could give this location 0 stars, i absolutely would.
