When you are required to have a primary care physician you expect to develop a relationship with that caregiver and seek them out, specifically, for your medical needs. My first visit took weeks to get. Swollen legs, ankles numbness and a concern about deep vein thrombosis and it was still weeks. My care was great and loved the care provider. But every time I have had an acute situation since, the soonest they will schedule is 3 weeks out. When I complain they tell me to go to urgent care or the ER. NO!!! I have a specific care provider and insurance for a reason. I expect a day to 3 days wait, but if you ever need to be seen quickly, there quickly is a minimum of 9-10 days. Expect to use your local ER and pay that bill. This is terrible care IMO. So sick of this healthcare system. Might add that I am paying $1300 a month for this insurance. Super annoyed. Quit booking these doctors so tightly that there's no room for acute patients. There are plenty of people that need to be seen sooner. And want to see their own doctor, not a new stranger.

And none of the spots are a very far walk from the door. There are plenty of handicap spots and a few spots reserved just for the pharmacy. I am disappointed that all dermatology moved from here to the Everett building. I used to also come here to see my dermatologist. I like all the doctors that I have seen here. They don't run behind a lot. If they are running behind, there is a board that indicates that. I feel well taken care of here. There are a lot of people on the first floor to help you. There is usually someone at a desk near the self check in and there are also people you can talk to that have computers to access your info. There is never a long wait time to talk to them.

I've had physicals in the past so I know how they go. There was nothing out of the ordinary in this one. They took my blood, listened to heartbeat, did reflexes, etc. I finished and was sent on my way. 2 weeks later I surprisingly receive a bill and it appears that my insurance didn't cover anything at all, despite insurance supposedly covering annual check-ups. I call their billing dept. and was told that since I mentioned having more headaches than normal, it was an office visit rather than an annual checkup? Wtf? I've had physicals in the past where they ask how I'm doing and I tell them honestly and have never been billed. I ask why wasn't I told during my check in, and the person on the phone says that the medical assistant tried to called me but couldn't reach me and so they changed it without my knowledge and consent. If I had known that I was going to get charged for bringing up a topic I COULD LITERALLY GOOGLE, I would have never came in. Procedures for a physical were also conducted so why isn't that also there in the notes? Very sus and super opaque by my standards. They also said that the doctor told me during the exam but that's a lie, because I would have left immediately. What incentive does a doctor have to tell you that you'd be billed for something, when they get paid for it? It seems like this clinic doesn't give two hoots about the actual health of their patients and are just out for your money. I had multiple calls trying to talk to someone who could do something about this, but all they said was that "we can't change it because the service was provided". So, if I go in, and they give me something I never asked for, I'm billed? I'm out $400, because of negligence and a lack of effort to try to do the right thing. These people are horrible and don't care about you. Also keep in mind that you must lie to your doctor during physicals if there's anything wrong, because if you tell the truth, they'll bill you. Doesn't make a lot of sense, does it?

And no insurance questions were asked for coverage, or i.d. info, or plan. I arrived early and asked the receptionist about the lack of insurance questions, and no medical history records needed. She said that the clinic does not take insurance, and does not work with insurance companies. And that all costs are paid for out of my own pocket. But I know that they do blood work, and that can get very expensive, and time with a medical doctor can be hundreds of dollars per hour. I wish I had known, and maybe I missed it on the website, but be forewarned. They expect you to pay out of pocket even if you have excellent insurance coverage.

They had me get a CPAP and come back in 90 days to show them I've been using one. They charged me for a whole another DOT physical. The doctor did not perform another one. He saw my CPAP results and issued another physical card. He agreed that I should not have two physicals in 90 days. He advised to contact corporate. I did and they denied me. I will never go back. They lost all my future business by stealing $136 from me. I still need physicals every two years, but they will not be getting another dollar from me. The lab is also very slow, they take way too long to get me back there when there's nobody else even waiting. My personal experience with Dr. Amy Harding was extremely disappointing after being so hopeful. The receptionist that scheduled my appointment said that even though you don't see patients, all providers work together to solve complex patient situations. My appointment with Amy was shorter than told and she was extremely dismissive and told me to buy a book and read it and join a facebook support group. No treatment plan, no critical thinking about my symptoms and how I feel super ill every day. Hundreds of dollars wasted and for a practice that's supposed to have a high success rate (your receptionist told me 80%). When I asked if I could see another provider to get a second opinion I was told changing providers was not allowed and I had to stick with Amy. Expect now all of a sudden she knew exactly what I had and I have to purchase a treatment plan and spend thousand dollars to buy a bundle deal as opposed to buying for each visit like I was previously told. Seems like this place is run more like a big business scam and not a not a compassionate healthcare facility that wants to heal patients so they don't have to continue coming back and spending money. My opinion to anyone considering this practice is to save yourself time and money and find another specialist.
