Fair enough you have a right to your opinion BUT, the comments re, "They buy their clothing directly from people who bring in their 'too good to throw away' pieces or vintage treasures, then mark it up to make a profit." are simply UNTRUE.
For the record, most of the used items that come into the shop are on consignment and the owner makes it a priority to be as reasonable as possible for the Customer and also for the consignee.
Also, did you know (or bother enquiring about it) that anything that does not get sold within 6 months gets donated to RSPCA, and every 6 months appropriate clothing is sent up to the Northern Territory (at the owners expense) to underprivileged communities.
I have been a customer of Sumadi for years and know the owner well. She is one of the most friendliest shop owners I know, and is a single Mum and puts her heart and soul into that shop. She doesn't know about this forum and I wont tell her but perhaps you should think about what you write about people before you do it, and make sure you have the correct information.
