Due to my extreme satisfaction with the practice, I went to Dr. O and received the same amazing care as I receive from Dr. Ciminiello. After reviewing my range of motion and tests, it was determined that I would be best off with a shoulder replacement to obtain the range of motion I wanted. However, physical therapy was the most conservative approach, especially since we couldn't do surgery until after I was fully recovered from my other replacements. I was very diligent with my P/T and when I went for a re-evaluation, my range of motion had returned to nearly normal, so we agreed to simply repair the rotator cuff, a simpler surgery. My progress in the past 6 weeks has been fantastic! First of all, my pain level is very low. I have only had to take Tylenol a few times. I have a long time to fo, but like my knees, I have been consistently way ahead of the expected range of motion and other recovery markers. I attribute this to the skill of the surgeons. Dr. Olujimi is soft spoken, laid back and spends time with you. There is no pressure and no rush to make a decision. He has a great sense of humor and an engaging smile. I am completely comfortable with him. I have heard nothing but great things about him from other doctors/surgeons (outside of his practice) and I highly recommend seeing him for at least a second opinion if you are having shoulder problems. He also handles sports shoulder injuries. He has multiple offices too.

After an interrogation I'm off for X-rays, then a second discussing with a P.A.. now Dr. Fraccia comes in. First apologizes for the long wait. I shake it off saying it's ok but he says, and get this, " it's not ok". Can you imagine a dr caring about your time. So after a talk about my knee he pulls out a huge syringe and extracts two turkey baster size tubes of fluid out. Next a shot if cortisone. I'm done. I was told by others that I would have immediate relief so I ask. He looks at me like I have two heads saying " you're kidding right". By the weekend you should start feeling better. I'm like most people I think, I don't like going to Dr's but Dr. Fraccia is a dr I'm very comfortable with. In fact I'm looking forward to my follow up visit. He is professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this office. BTW, they also can perform MRI, here also.

I soaked my foot over the weekend and shrugged it off. August 2012, I had friends over for dinner. Its raining and I'm standing on my driveway wearing my Crocs flip flops. The rainy driveway was like a sheet of ice. My leg twisted and it felt like I sprained it the same way I did as a kid. Dr Lorenzo Gamez was called, he looks at my leg x-ray and shows me the break. I couldn't believe it. He told me it will be a long road back, 6 months at least I will get you there. I said doc, that's great. I need two week plan. He looked at me and laughed. After multiple surgeries, it wasn't two weeks but I turbocharged the project. I had a wheelchair and I rocked NYC! I'd enlist people and say: Hey buddy, push me up this curb. From the chair to a crutch and a boot. The end result, a perfectly healed leg with a nasty forever scar. Dr. Gamez has an incredible down to earth, bedside manner and is an excellent surgeon. He still shakes his head I went back to work 3 days after surgery but that's show biz baby. His office staff is very helpful and are always ready to help with any questions or concerns. All insurances are taken. Just dealing with his office, they helped every step of the way regarding my surgery. I'm thankful for Dr. Lorenzo Gamez for his knowledge and specialty in broken legs. He helped me with something that actually changed the course of my life.
