On one occasion he had the food took off him. The second time I had to go with him due to the safety aspect. One of the drivers let mr chen down I had to cover last Friday and Saturday at a moments notice mr Chen doesnt pay the living wage and in fact pays three quid below it. I was working at new village for three years off and on mr chen sacked me Tuesday after working on my own and he told me I wasnt suited to the job. There is a question mark over one of the drivers mr chen hired two years ago one stuart baker. Stuart baker is in jail for well if in Kettering you can google it. Mr chen wouldnt have it that stuart baker was a danger. Id think again about ordering from new village because they could employ stuart baker again. I like said google stuart baker Kettering and you will see what he has been arrested for.

However, they have a good selection of child friendly food that my daughter just loves (corn on the cob, garlic bread, chicken burgers etc). The decor inside is good - clean contemporary and up to date. The speed of service is also strong - you can enter the place, eat and be out within 45 minutes, perfect for pre-cinema dinner or to feed grumpy kids. All in all not a bad place to take the family if you want a quick relatively cheap meal but don't fancy McDonalds or KFC.

They make up bageuttes to order while you wait and the choice of fillings is fantastic. Loads of meats, salads, cheeses and dressings. Aswell as baguettes and sandwiches they also do jacket potatoes, cakes, crisps and drinks and other yummy things for lunch. It always looks nice and clean and the staff are nice too. It is rather small in there though and there's not much room to queue. There have been times when I have queued out the door, but that is because it's a really popular place. If you love baguettes and having freshly made lunch then this is the place to go.
