I purchased a camper from Sullivan Auto and RV Sales. It was suppose to be cleaned and checked out when I picked it up. When I got home with it The stabilizer jacks on back would not work and tongue jack would only work part of the time. They replaced the jacks no problem. All of the tanks had waste in them still. All the water tank sensors are messed up reading wrong and it had two water leaks and dirty. SO IT WAS NOT CHECKED OUT PROPERLY !!!!! The saleslady Jody was great! We purchased a new Ram Tradesman from here. One thing that is keeping me from 5 stars is that they don't come out to speak with you, you have to come inside and find them. Once we were able to arrange our test drive, they valued our trade in while we were on our drive. I also liked that they didn't send the salesman with us on the test drive, I just find that awkward. They gave us a very fair value for our trade in, and from beginning to end it took less than 3 hours. Our saleswoman was great and I would recommend her to anyone. They also give you a nice coupon book for oil changes and the like when you are signing papers. We had a great experience here and would definitely return. read more

Do not ever buy a car from here. I bought a car last August from someone who I contacted through Facebook. His vehicle was here and I bought it only to drive it for three weeks and have it break down. Worst financial decision ever. I don't think I can ever trust another dealership to buy a car. read more

I am posting the following on behalf of my mother and stepfather who aren't in the habit of posting reviews online, but they wanted to warn others to stay away from Sullivan Auto Group. I would give them zero stars if I could. "We purchased our camper from them and the morning we picked it up a tire delivery truck backed into it. We were told the repairs could be made closer to our home because we live about 4.5 hours away from the dealership. Every 2 to 3 weeks after that we would call to find out what was going on. In July the repair shop in Springfield, Illinois, finally got the wrong parts. They tried repeatedly to contact Lena Fox (service manager) at Sullivan Auto Group, but they couldn't get her to respond. We kept calling and kept getting the runaround. In September 2017, we made an appointment to have the camper winterized on Oct. 23, 2017, and again asked if they had the parts needed to fix the original damage. We were told they would get it done. They have had the camper on their property since Oct. 23, 2017, and are telling us they don't have the parts but 'are doing everything as fast as they can.' We think 11 months is completely unacceptable by anyone's standards!" Bottom line: If you are looking to buy a camper, avoid this dealership. My folks have spent the first year of their retirement fighting with this company to get them to stick to their warranty. My mom also will be reporting Sullivan Auto Group to the Better Business Bureau and any other agency that will hear her. read more

I really want to give this place a lower score, but they were friendly and helpful. They just made a mistake on the repair and consequently, my car has been leaking oil. I noticed it when I smelled burning oil after driving the car. TH Chevy was able to repair it under the warranty, but I'm very lucky that there wasn't worse damage. I probably won't be returning to this repair shop. I realize that ppl make mistakes, but I have heard complaints from at least four of my friends and co-workers about this place. read more

Oh no DO NOT ENTER THIS LOT! They WILL NOT service what they sell. They don't deserve even 1/2 star. We closed up last camping season first of October. A NEW 5th wheel purchased from THEM had several issues. Owners were told to leave it there so they could address all issues. In the meantime still sitting in the same place another customer backed into it and busted the front nose, big crack. Big crack left out in the open this winter. Customer stopped to check on progress but none other than the crack she could stick her hand into and feel wetness from rains. As the camp ground is beginning to get set up, same camper has set outside ALL WINTER and not even the first repair has been made. Now seriously WHO THINKS YOU CAN RUN BUSINESS LIKE THAT.??????? Parts and Service department does not return phone calls they give you a run around then after you get angry they treat you like crap because they dropped the ball. We purchased a brand new camper and the ac doesn't work and they are not willing to pay the extra to over night the part to get it fixed. The part would have been there if the parts dept would have called us back when we originally called. read more

Hello all, first off i would not recommend purchasing a car from here. I had lived in Sullivan county my whole life and thought i would purchase a car from my home town. Sure they are polite when trying to sell you are car, but when u want to being up a issue with the car they pretty much tell you to go to hell. My issue was my car had a large amount of chips in it i actually didnt notice it in the beginning also this was my first car i purchased from a dealer. Anyways like i said i brought this issue up to them thinking oh they might refund me some of my money since they fucked me i know they knew it had chips like seriously the mechanics worked on it and i know they seen it thats there job. But like i said i brought this issue up to them and they were completely rude the mechanic was a straight dick head and as well as one of the car sells men. I had told his mechanic was very rude and he actually got attitude with my like wtf i am the buyer. Short story is they will not help you with any issue unless it is covered and i brought this a week within the purchase and was told oh there is nothing we can do. Which is straight bull crap. I give these guys a greedy ass fuck bastards award that help no one but themselves. Once again i would recommend u don't buy a car here, and if u do check that damn thing for chips. Even the show room vehicles had chips all over them i was just curious if this is how they did business and it seems like. Just be aware that if you are not extremely in depth on checking the vehicle u want to purchase from this crap dealership you will have rust spots start to appear all over. Also once again i grew up in this area lived there my whole life so don't expect any different if you are a hometown resident. read more
