Technically, it's a "Polo" shirt but when you take off the 25% or 40% for the current sale plus another 15% for subscribing to their text messages, it is actually not entirely unreasonable. Lots of different colors going on. Some Spring on the 40% off table and some Autumn/Winter rolled out. Their prices are even less than T.J. Maxx or Marshalls but with an obviously better selection. The customer service is what sets this place apart from any other. They will search the system for your size for any item and will almost mail to your house for free if they don't have it at their location. I've not seen service like this from any other retailer. The quality of the clothes is also some of the best you'll find. I highly recommend their new moisture wicking, stretch button down shirts. Looks like a dress shirt but feels like an Under Armour t-shirt. They are the most comfortable dress and business casual shirts I've ever worn. They don't wrinkle and could be considered a traveler shirt as well. I'm hoping they start offering these in more detailed dress shirt sizing rather than just S, M, L, etc. Think they would be a hit. At the end of the day, the customer service is the best here, and the prices and selection (even if you have to work with their staff to find your sizes in some cases) are great reasons to add this store as a regular stop in Blowing Rock.

The restrooms were clean and well supplied for a 330 Saturday afternoon. Pricing is good, not always better than Walmart, but less problematic. Product selection is what I would expect from from an outlet store. Found several good deals even better than the local Walmart. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Only comments I can made about staff are they did not know the address of this store, had no idea what "Yelp" is and seemed very concerned when I returned to the front of the store for a shopping cart. I am guessing that shoplifting may be a real problem for his location. But I do appreciate a store that takes the problem seriously because that means they are trying to keep prices down for those of us who don't shoplift. Check out was quick and the line moved well. Another plus since I hate checkout lines. Over all a great store with good staff and I would recommend this location.
