Good little shop with an extensive range but woudn't ever buy anything at full price since they have such regular sales. Salesman was helpful and ordered in a jacket in my size from another store. read more

I am autistic btw so it was really distressing for me. I gave them the item I brought with the receipt but I never got my item back. to everyone stay away from this store. they took my item that I brought for £15. I have never been treated this way before. I will never go back there. it was absolutely disgusting. teach your staff how to be basic human's to others because they are horrible.

Unlike its other outlets, with their dizzying display of neon colored sweaters, this one showcases its wider selection of (less ocularly offensive) winter wear ranging from the not-often-pushed jackets and other cold weather accessories.

Despite being a small store, they do try to offer a pretty general and typical Urban Outfitters experience with a satisfactory selection of fashion, although their novelty items and even fashion don't seem to be as good as other locations. They did also have the photo booth replaced with a machine where you can send photos from social media and print them, which of course is down to size restrictions due to it having a relatively small unit at Westfield Stratford City. I do feel the store again could have been cleaner as it did have items across the floor, but it didn't seem to be as bad as other Urban Outfitters stores, I've visited, where this again seems typical. Perhaps not the largest Urban Outfitters store, but they really are trying hard to deliver a satisfactory shopping experience. 3*

I was a little disappointed with the selection of men's clothing, it was basically half a floor, with kids clothing getting a floor and women's getting 1.5 floors. The store was pretty clean which was good to see, Urban Outfitters for sure could learn a thing or too: strangely there wasn't a lot of staff members around the shop floor. A decent store, but with a number of improvements warranted. 3*

The store isn't the best or largest branch TNF has in London, but it is up there - it still does lack compared to the Covent Garden branch, however. The staff didn't stand out too much - they did seem friendly enough and actually made eye contact with a smile, which can't be said about many shops in London sadly. They had some decent products in-store although the promotional offers and sales were limited compared to other stores. The store had a nice overall feel to it and again wasn't too impressive but was surely "A-OK" to warrant a three-star rating.

A large Hugo Boss store, especially for a mall location inside Westfield Stratford City, London…read more The store is a little awkward to get into, as you have to only use one entrance - missed opportunity as the entrance on "The Street" part of the mall isn't in use, and there is room for a good two entrances, which looks and feels nicer and more modern - I understand why they don't have too many ways to get in and out of the store though with it being a designer brand, selling some items which are rather expensive so for security reasons, I guess this is why there is a restriction. The staff seemed okay, but they didn't stand out as much as other Hugo Boss stores I've visited, even nearby such as the Oxford Street store, or perhaps across the UK too. The store was a decent size, having a decent selection - I would have expected slightly more affordable items with it being a mall location, and it isn't exactly in a high-end location, so one would expect more of the company's slightly cheaper products to be located here, but without ruining the high-end vibe of the store, I guess it would be difficult. Could do with some improvements for sure, but a decent store warranting a solid three-star rating.
