I had only had one spray tan in the past, and the girl did an awesome job, but I didn't put enough effort into the before and after care to make sure it lasted as long as possible. This time, when I booked with Amy, I made sure to listen closely and take notes on what I needed to do before and after my spray tan. Amy and I had a quick phone call when I reached out about the appointment. I scheduled at least a month in advance, so I can't really speak to how easily you could get in last minute. I had no problems scheduling. Our phone call was super helpful. We went through all of the instructions and she gave me a lot of before care advice that I followed until my appointment. When it was finally appointment day, I went in for my spray tan! Amy was super welcoming and kind. She told me my skin looked good for the spray tan, which was music to my ears, because I had been doing all of her before care suggestions! We talked a bit about which spray tan option I would go for and what shade I wanted to achieve. We ended up deciding on a rapid tan option with a medium shade. I think I left it on for about 4-5 hours... Throughout my appointment, Amy was very respectful and friendly. She gave me product recommendations for body wash and sunscreen, which was super helpful! When the appointment ended, we realized it was raining outside. I didn't have an umbrella, so Amy offered to walk me out to my car with one of her umbrellas! It was one of the nicest things ever. She escorted me to my car and we said our goodbyes. She made it clear that I could reach out to her with any questions or concerns, which was super nice! After 4-5 hours, I took a shower and rinsed off (no soap). When I woke up the next day, I had an absolutely beautiful bronze glow! I truly was amazed by how gorgeous the color was. It got me extra excited for my trip. :) The spray tan lasted throughout the entirety of my trip, although it did fade a bit (which was inevitable because I was in the ocean quite a bit). When we packed up to come home, I still had a little bit of color on my body. I was surprised that it lasted that long! I know that it was due to the advice that Amy gave me for after care. As a tip: she only accepts cash so make sure you have that on hand. Don't worry though, she'll go through all of this with you before your appointment! Overall, I had a 10/10 experience with Amy and Simply Bronzed! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Amy!!!! :)

We were able to enjoy some much needed time just being present with each other as we sipped Prosecco during our foot soak. The local toffee we had were divine! The robes they provide are comfortable & great quality. I enjoyed my massage with Amanda. She had a great balance of fluid movement with firm pressure. We both thought the temperature of the table was just right & relaxing. I definitely felt myself falling asleep. My husband fell asleep. My husband enjoyed his massage with Kimberly. He said that she is skilled & worked out knots he didn't realize he had. He appreciated the amount of firm pressure she applied. He said he felt like he could do gymnastics afterwards & was pleased that he could feel the difference hours later. Our entire experience was rejuvenating. When I came into tan the door j stayed open and the girl at the counter asked me to close it because she wanted to keep the air conditioning inside. I told her the air conditioning hasn't been fixed in years. I looked down the hallway and saw that the back door was open with this big fan blowing in (she was also wearing a zipped up sweatshirt at the time) She then said that she has been keeping the doors to the rooms closed to keep it cooler. I asked to go red lighting and tan afterwards. She put me in to red light room when I went in there the door was obviously closed, as I entered it felt like a sauna compared to the rest of the building. I went back to her and said the door should not stay shut, your customers are going into a sauna it is staying way too hot and not getting a chance to air out. Obviously she did not care because when I completed my tanning portion, I walked out all the doors were still shut, and you could tell they were not all occupied. Not very smart. I know that they get young people to cover these spots, but they should be trained better I even had someone the other day that could not even start the tanning bed correctly in both the red light and the gold bed I had to go out both times and let her know the bed wasn't on. I also witnessed her doing the same thing as I walked in with another customer. I guess with this kind of business you are going to get kids as employees but train them better. The people that patron your establishment pay good money. They can go join a health club and get the services and more, thought about it myself when my healthcare providers assistant told me that's where she goes and paying the same amount as I am right now. If this keeps going on, I may definitely take her advice.
