Later that night, my knife was sharpened, so I visited again to pick it up. It is sharp as hell! And he sharpened the blade's existing edge rather than reshaping it, which is why I went to him in the first place. I have my own knife sharpener, but it isn't able to shape the blade the way the factory did. So I have to have a specialist sharpen my blades. It took 2 hours and was only $9. Great service. I'll be back with my other blades when the time comes.
