I visited Edge Revival to drop off one of my high end Japanese knives for sharpening. I put it in the locker and texted them. I received a text in response quickly. Later that night, my knife was sharpened, so I visited again to pick it up. It is sharp as hell! And he sharpened the blade's existing edge rather than reshaping it, which is why I went to him in the first place. I have my own knife sharpener, but it isn't able to shape the blade the way the factory did. So I have to have a specialist sharpen my blades. It took 2 hours and was only $9. Great service. I cook a lot and love a sharp knife. It has been difficult to find a convenient sharpening service until I read about Edge Revival. This is soooo easy and very reasonably priced, and my utensils are well-sharpened. I love that I can drop my knives off at a locker and pick up from there; basically you can drop off you items, text your locker number, receive a text back within a day, the pick up out of the locker anytime. I pay through Venmo. This is so convenient compared to the days I had to drive a distance, and leave my knives until they were done, Then I had to get there to retrieve them at certain times on certain days. This is wayyyyyy better. Any questions have been promptly answered. Very professional! He sharpened 6 of my favorite knives that were WAY overdue for a sharpening. He sharpened them all very quickly. Chris also answered a lot of my dumb questions about caring for my knives.
