My experience with Dena is receiving a silk bouquet she made that was ordered and gifted to me from my Pickleball Friends at the Y. She hand delivered the beautiful bouquet and I enjoyed talking to her and could have for hours. Her warm personality has to be a great asset to the FH along with her floral skills. Our communications were clear, quick, and complete, making it very easy for my sister. When the time of need came, all she had to do was to make one phone call to Jeff. Since I am in Florida, we accomplished everything via email and with a few phone calls. The miles didn't matter, but the genuine concern and compassion for the family, did. Everything was handled through our vet. Geib's picked her up and returned her to our vet. They cremated her and returned her in the urn we purchased for her along with her paw print on a lamented card. They also sent a certificate saying she was individually cremated, which we requested and a condolence card signed by the whole staff. I would give them an A+ for customer service.

Fortunately, Geib Funeral kept her file very organized and helped make this process less stressful for me. Every employee I encountered were professional and went out of their way to help and empathize with my pain. I worked closely with Nathan. He was outstanding. He displayed patience, sense of urgency, kindness, and knowledge during the remaining details I had to make. I was grateful that he also provided logical guidance in order to ensure I had a proper viewing, mass, burial, and gathering. Even the little details of selecting a poem was difficult due to the emotional state I was in but Nathan's well-rounded expertise in this field allowed me to provide the classy send-off my mother deserved. During the viewing, the staff members were attentive and professional. They made the guests feel welcomed and had the room beautifully displayed with my Mother's pictures and items that I had provided them. A Geib family member also came by to give condolences and assist that evening. For anyone considering Geib, please feel assured that they are the right choice. I am not the easiest to work with but they certainly made me feel like it was easy. They continued to proactively follow up with me during and after the funeral with any outstanding requests I had.
