Black mold, busted pipes, stolen bikes, broken security cameras, ignored maintenance requests for the entire year we lived there, a dangerous parking lot in the winter, bogus charges after moving out, non working laundry machines, extreme disrespect, and so much more. The worst part of my experience was thanks to Doug, who refused to accept my valid emotional support animal paperwork. He insinuated I didn't need an ESA because the pet fee "isn't too expensive," and continually asked for additional specific information about my disability which is ILLEGAL. I attempted to explain it wasn't about the money, but he belittled and gaslit me. My doctor said she had never been asked for such in depth information in ESA paperwork in her entire career. I spoke with several other residents at the time with the same issues. In my current house, different company, my letter was approved immediately. DO NOT sign here. The price may be tempting, but I promise it is not worth the stress.
