Thankfully, another business owner in town referred me to Antoinette! Antoinette, carefully evaluated my hair and the poor color job I received. She clearly managed my expectations and explained how she would rectify the problem. She also made it very clear that since I have very short hair and since the color was so poorly done it would take several months to get my hair back to the color I was accustomed to having. I appreciate that she made it clear what needed to be done and that she MANAGED MY EXPECTATIONS. That's a HUGE PLUS in my book! Antoinette is a professional in every sense of the word. She is great at cutting short hair too! I appreciate her professional approach and I love her studio which offers comfort, privacy and a quiet and peaceful place to have my hair done.
