The convenience of the mobile service is hard to beat too. It's a little more expensive than service at a brick and mortar building, but it's worth it in my opinion. Full stop. If you have a small dog, don't even *think* about going anywhere else! Not only will your furbaby be gorgeously groomed, you will have the peace of mind of knowing he is being cared for by 1) someone who genuinely loves dogs, and 2) is also incredibly talented and experienced. I brought my Border Collie in with very specific, detailed instructions for a "pet trim" to improve her comfort and hygiene: Detailed scissoring and blending on the legs to avoid blunt, choppy cuts. Thinning shears to reduce density on her tail while maintaining the "flag" look. A "tunnel belly" and sanitary trim for cooling. Instead of the skilled scissor work I requested, they took the absolute "easy way out." They finished her entire grooming in 30 minutes (it usually takes an hour), and when I picked her up, she had been shaved to a 1/8th inch "puppy cut" all over. For a double-coated breed, this is devastating to their ability to regulate temperature. When I called to address this, they claimed I asked for an "all-over trim." In what world does a request for a blended, functional trim result in a total shave-down? To make matters worse, the staff member hung up on me, saying they were "really busy" and offered zero accommodation or apology for ignoring my instructions. It is incredibly disappointing to see a business treat a long-time customer with such blatant disregard. They clearly prioritize speed and high turnover over actual grooming technique and customer service. We will not be returning.

Somewhere there's a lawyer who's never met a dog and decided the real threat to this business is the guy who's paid them loyally for three years. You carefully fill out the entire grooming form online, pick every option -- then show up and they shove a paper copy across the counter to sign the exact same thing again. And after all that paperwork, they still claim they don't have the phone number they've had on file for three years and called me on before. Let's put this in perspective. I can order dinner to my door in two taps -- Reorder, Apple Pay, done. A stranger drives hot food across town on the strength of my thumbprint. But dropping off dogs these people have known for three years apparently requires a signing ceremony and a fresh liability waiver every single visit. In 2026, that's not caution. That's a business that's forgotten how to trust its own customers. And then there's the membership -- the crown jewel of contempt. They took a system that worked and actively torched it. Gone are the daycare credit packs: fair, flexible, buy-what-you-need, the way a business treats people it respects. In their place, a pricier monthly "membership" that auto-drafts your card whether your dog walks through the door or not, with no rollover for the days you paid for and never used. Read that again: you pay, they keep it, your dog gets nothing, and they call it a perk. It's not a membership -- it's a standing withdrawal from your bank account with a bow on it. It punishes the exact people who kept this place in business: the regulars whose lives don't run on a fixed weekly schedule. Some months my dogs come once, some months five times, because that's how actual life works -- and this program is built to make sure I lose either way. It doesn't serve pets. It doesn't serve owners. It serves a spreadsheet, and it treats every loyal customer as a recurring charge to be maximized rather than a person to be valued. It is, top to bottom, the most openly hostile "loyalty" scheme I've ever been asked to fund. When customers spend more time signing forms and fighting your billing than petting their dogs, you're not a pet resort -- you're a law firm with a kennel attached. Take your pets somewhere that still remembers what the word "customer" means.

I walk in and the man at the checkout desk greats me by saying "Its 50 but I should have charged you more since it took 3 of us to hold him down...." What the Actual Hell, then he goes into how we should be bringing him every six weeks so he gets comfortable with them....How about you take more time with the dog instead of doing a wash, dry, and nail trim in 30 min. The man upfront was so rude and crass that I would give a zero review but the dogs nails look good. I am going to have to think long and hard if this place should be reported for not following ANY COVID protocols. Also, I get home and take the below hair off him....not worth the money.

I feel absolutely awful about paying over $150 for this grooming session. While I can acknowledge…read morethat they were punctual and did a decent job on my dog's fur, nails, and paw trimming, they completely butchered his face. I honestly feel disrespected. The facial cut is rough, uneven, and clearly done by someone who had no idea what they were doing. They either didn't listen at all when I said "not too short" or had no understanding of how a teddy bear breed should be groomed. They even cut off his beard -- one of his most defining and adorable features! I wasn't the one to receive my dog when he was brought back to the house, and had I seen him right then, I absolutely would have voiced my discontent on the spot. There's no way I would have paid the full amount, let alone tipped the groomer. This doesn't feel like a minor mistake -- it feels like someone with little to no experience was let loose on my dog's face. He looks like a completely different animal, and not in a cute or fresh-groomed way -- in a shockingly bad way. I feel genuinely sad and angry every time I look at him. This was such a violation of trust.
