The front area is very clean, organized, and has a welcoming vibe. I was taken back within a few minutes to the room I'd be in which was also very cozy. My esthetician was Cameron and he was phenomenal! He answered my questions and made the experience relaxing. He also was intentional about the products he recommended for my concerns while not pushing me to change my whole skin care routine which I greatly appreciated (a common experience I've had at other places). I got The Restore Deluxe Organic Facial and it was reasonably priced and included all the things I enjoy (cleansing, mask, exfoliating, massage, and I added on derma planning). Overall, this was a really pleasant experience and I will absolutely be back!

I have a lot of tattoos, so there are not many options for laser hair removal. I am only familiar with laser tattoo removal, so I was expecting laser hair removal to be super painful. I booked the appointment, received a confirmation text, and planned my entire day around it. The appointment was then canceled on their end. When we reached out to understand what happened and see if there was a solution, management was harsh and defensive. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, I was left feeling like I was the problem for trying to resolve a scheduling issue that wasn't my fault. I completely understand that this was a free promotional service, but that doesn't mean a customer's time has no value. If a business chooses to offer complimentary services for training, they should honor confirmed appointments or at the very least handle cancellations professionally and with empathy. Simply dismissing the situation because "it was free anyway" is not good customer service. The issue was never that the service was free it was that a confirmed appointment was canceled after I had planned my day around it, and the situation was handled poorly. If the business wasn't prepared to honor these appointments, they shouldn't have offered them in the first place.

Iris has always been professional and wonderful to spend time chatting with. I'm not sure if the person who was posting such a bad review was having a bad day or what. I question why anyone would bring hair color from another salon to use. If Iris did make a change, I would only assume it was to make it look better. I wonder why she didn't go to her normal salon????

This time around we both tried this location and both of us had the best experience with Cassandra Myself it was a first for time waxing for me, more out of curiosity and self improvement. Cassandra was excellent, I had 2 major areas waxed and I am smooth as a baby's bottom, although spoiler alert, it was not my bottom. Still a very pleasant, joyous painfree wonderful experience with Cassandra. Sure we had a small 'sell' for products but nothing hard or full time during our waxing. Actually Cassandra was extremely friendly and an expert at her job. We will be back for sure and request her. Now for full disclosure, Yelp would probably deny and flag my before and after photos, so I'll leave that up to your imagination.... if you dare!
