Would give negative stars if I could. Been going here for…read morethe last 10 months because of excruciating foot pain. For 10 months they tried shots and steroids, and wanted me to try orthotics and shockwave therapy. I agreed to the orthotics because everything else hadn't worked (after wasting time and money going to appointments telling me to come back on two weeks if ____ didn't work). Had a few days where my pain shot up from a 9 to a 15 on the pain scale while waiting for my orthotics and decided to go to a different office. Immediately my new doctor recommended I get an MRI because he was worried I had a tear in my plantar fascia and that my problem was NOT just heel spurs like Dr. Siegel and Berlin had seen on my x-ray. Sure enough, I had a partial tear and after 4 weeks in a walking boot and in PT, I am PAIN FREE!!! All that time and money wasted when they could have sent me for an MRI from the start!! Besides that, the billing/scheduling department here is HORRENDOUS!!!! They are constantly "losing" payments (thank god for bank statements!!) and I've had to cancel the same appointment numerous times because they never cancelled it when I first called!! Also, the older blonde woman in the office is the WORST human on the face of the planet. She has no compassion for people and looks down her nose at patients. She thinks her shit doesn't stink for whatever reason and isn't willing to help with any situation, just leaves it for the poor kids behind the desk. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend this place. I trusted these doctors to help me, and instead they saw me as an easy meal ticket.

Both secretaries were very friendly and had my best interests in mind, concerned for my well-being. Dr. Randolph is a gentleman and gets right to the point offering stretching exercises, wrapping my foot, suggesting different brands of footwear and tips on how to get better. He doesn't do X-rays in his office, so unfortunately I will have to go out to Zwanger and bring back the disk to my next appointment before he can proceed with a plan of care. The people exiting his office seemed happy and had a good relationship with both the doctor and the secretary. I would definitely recommend Dr. Randolph for your foot care needs :)

I am now going to another podiatrist to fix one they botched. The female doesn't know what she's doing but at least put novacaine in my toe. The guy was more knowledgeable but cut my nail before the novacaine kicked in. On the floor was other peoples pieces of nails and toes I didn't want to take my shoes off. Clean a little before the next patient. The office double booked me one day and I had to come back. its like they have two offices to make money but not enough staff.

I tripped and rolled my ankle yesterday, went to urgent care and found out I had a broken bone in my foot. They splinted me and sent me home to follow with a podiatrist. I called Constantouris Foot Care in Commack and was seen almost immediately. When I called I was told they were booked but when I gave them the full story they squeezed me in and was seen by Dr. Gus Constantouris (within 1 hour of my call). Thankfully they did because it was worse than I was initially told-on my way to get MRI (which their amazing office arranged for me) and will get a call personally from the Dr. after the results are in. They also have an office in Stony Brook as well. Save their number because they are fantastic

I mean really? how could you leave 1/2 of the ingrown toenail in. all thumbs.
